Didn’t meat my expectations …

I was really hoping to make this work long term but after first time they cleaned my place, I found living room and bathroom corners inappropriately cleaned. They shoved all the dirty dishes into my laundry without rinsing and created more mess than they were before.

Customer service didn’t even flinch to make it up for it and offered a 10$ discount for next cleaning session.

I’ll pass.

Horrible customer service and…

Horrible customer service and absolutely unprofessional. I had a cleaning service scheduled but no one showed up, they just took the money and not even respond properly to the customer service chat. I have had cleaners for 10+ years but this is the first time i have dealt with such an unprofessional company. Wil never recommend them to anyone or go back to their services

My first experience was fine

My first experience was fine, but the second experience was not. I simply wrote a review to the company explaining that they did not clean behind my counters or the floors properly. They immediately accused me of falsifying photos and stated that one of them was due to "oxidation" and they won't clean that. It was ridiculous. I wasn't asking for anything free - I cleaned it myself. Yet, they decided to state I was the one in the wrong. Too expensive - not worth it!

DON'T recommend. POOR standards

They do not stand by what they offer. I booked a cleaning move out service and they didn't even sweep or vacuum the floor. After a few emails back and forth I gave up because I realized they will do nothing to assist you with your issue. They sub out the work to people who do not care to work correct. Would highly NOT recommend.

Stay far away from Spruce Cleaning. I would never recommend them to anyone.
The initial “deep clean” was pathetic, the cleaner barely did anything and didn’t even touch the floors with a mop.

We foolishly gave them another shot, and it was even worse. They canceled at the last second, picked a new date we never approved, then tried to pin the blame on us. Most recently, they moved the appointment again and then canceled just 30 minutes before they were due.

We wasted 2 entire days waiting, only to be stood up again. Their scheduling is chaotic, communication is disjointed, and when they do show up, the cleaning is awful. Steer clear of this company completely.

I would never recommend Spruce Cleaning. Their service is consistently terrible.

Our first deep clean was a complete joke—the cleaner did half the job and didn’t even mop the floors. Photos I sent showing how dirty the floors were were basically ignored.

We gave them a second chance, and it only got worse. They canceled last minute, rescheduled for a day we never agreed to, and tried to blame us. Most recently, they rescheduled again and canceled just 30 minutes before the appointment.

We waited all day for them, and yet again they didn’t show. Their scheduling is a disaster, communication is nonexistent, and the quality of cleaning is unacceptable.

If you value your time and want a clean home, avoid this company at all costs.

Spruce Cleaning web site layout is not…

Spruce Cleaning web site layout is not customer friendly and pricing for service is misleading. As a busy professional and preparing for family coming in town I opted for the first time to book housekeeping service and because there was a decent Black Friday deal. However, discovering after services were complete that $129 is for repeat service. In addition, the ladies who came out almost missed cleaning my ceiling fans, which is part of the premium service. I asked about it being clean and one of the ladies apologized but on top of this I was told they forgot their duster. They dusted my living room ceiling fan with a towel over the end of a broom stick which is not sanitary. Overall given this experience with the confusion on the service price listing and me having to ask about dusting the ceiling fan where neither employee was prepared in bringing a duster for a house cleaning job, I'm neither satisfied or happy with the service I received from Spruce cleaning service. The ladies were nice and did a decent job outside forgetting the duster and along with the billing I give this service 3 stars.

Items went missing from my home after…

Items went missing from my home after using this company, ignoring the non satisfactory service they rendered. If you must use their services, I strongly recommend being present and watching closely. I lost valuables from my bedroom, yet they expected me to provide video evidence which is unrealistic, who set cameras inside their private spaces?
Instead of conducting a thorough investigation, they simply asked the service provider, who of course denied seeing anything. That was the extent of their effort. It’s disappointing and concerning, and customers deserve better accountability and professionalism.
