Customer service good, but reply is quite slow
Edited from previous review below. Piglet in bed did eventually contact me back, by which point the towels were out of stock. They refunded me for the faulty towel and then managed to source a replacement bath sheet. So great service in the end, thank you.

I ordered a bundle of towels based on my friends glowing recommendations. On arrival, one of the bath sheets has a big pull in the fabric on the corner where it was folded. Piglet in bed haven't responded to my emails, and I am stuck with a faulty product out of the bundle, with no reply if the bath sheet can be replaced? No number to call and automated email response is not answered, despite branding themselves as a luxury brand. I would not order from this company again.
