I ordered the xl dog shirt. According to the sizing instructions, the xl fits dogs with a chest size of up to 25 inches. That means the shirt should be slightly larger than that to fit a dog comfortably and not be skin tight. I received the shirt and from button to button hole, it’s roughly 24 inches and doesn’t fit my dog. I reached out to customer service and Elena told me “Because the measured size shown in your photos falls within this acceptable tolerance range, the item is considered to have been produced in the correct size according to our sizing standards.” So she acknowledged the sizing is wrong but it’s acceptable to her. I asked three times to speak with a manager and I haven’t heard back from anyone. They offer a satisfaction guarantee but that’s just a message on their website and they don’t actually guarantee anything. I would never recommend this website to anyone. The quality is terrible and their customer service is even worse.
