I received excellent customer service in the Piglet in Bath shop. As a new customer, the linen and linen mixes were explained, along with advice on how to style a bed with different colours and patterns. The Bath assistant was friendly and the shop felt relaxed, not 'sales-y'. They could answer all my questions and were clearly knowledgeable about the company. I bought a very pretty pillowcase set (linen mix) which I love and have now been sending photos to friends. I am so pleased with my bedding and am now definitely going to buy more.
