The work was carried out well by Revive, cheerful and helpful engineer. Good communication.

Only downside was a bit of a hassle dealing with Premia Solutions to get the work organised in the first place. Only able to communicate through the online portal, which meant a 2 or 3 day delay in dealing with queries. Eventually sorted, but annoyingly time consuming. The original work was allocated to a firm 100s miles away. It was then rearranged to a nearer firm, who turned out to no longer be taking on bodywork jobs! Once Revive allocated the work it went on a lot smoother.

Will got on with the job despite the freezing weather. He remained positive and cheerful and did a great job.

Always an issue when the policy doesn't cover you for the emergency you are in.
Feel they could have offered me deal to extend the cover - pretty sure I would have paid handsomely for it. As it was they arranged a pick up for £105 and explained it most definitely was not an extension. It wouldn't have hurt to offer, say, £130 or whatever, yo include recovery and extra cover for the future.

We were trying to get a good price for a last minute day trip with cat, Dover-calais. Spent ages trying to get the 'deals' advertised by the ferry and tunnel companies, but the prices quoted were never those advertised. In the end I tried AFerry, got a quick and clear quote, chose from a selectiion and all done and dusted.

I need multi-focal toric lenses which are not easy to get hold of, and are very expensive from the opticians. Lenstore have an amazing range of lens types to choose from, and were very competitively priced. The ordering process in easy and repeat orders easier still. It makes my life easier too. The latest delivery even had sticky labels to put on the calender to remind me to re-order. Not entirely necessary as they keep in touch by email - but welcome anyway.
