Had an email from a company called Petchip which said my dog’s microchip had elapsed and if scanned would read as an ‘unregistered animal’. Got in touch with Smart trace, who supplied the original microchip and they confirmed that this is a scam and microchips last the lifetime of the dog. A very quick response from Bree at Smart trace, which was much appreciated.

After a slow start with one of your reception staff the process worked well. Confirmatory emails arrived promptly. Nathan Brown, the engineer, texted on previous evening to alert me to his appointment the following morning and he confirmed the following day an exact ETA. He arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He clearly knew what he was doing and completed the repair in less than half an hour. Well pleased with the process.

Saïd all I wanted to say when completing the survey, which I have to say was somewhat repetitive. Fully satisfied with the replacement service offered.

The price of the product is better than I was able to find anywhere else, VAT included and with free delivery. So I tried to order a couple of bags over the internet. The 'basket' then added VAT and a delivery charge of £14.00 for carriage to the Isle of Wight! I only live a couple of miles from the warehouse in Suffolk! Couldn't raise the company on the telephone the next morning so I went called in. The staff were very helpful and confirmed the original price of £42.99 inclusive of VAT and with free delivery. As this is an internet operation they couldn't take my order there and then, but undertook to ring me when I returned home so I could place an order for a couple of 13kgs sacks. The product was delivered to my home less than 24 hours later. Very good service! Hopefully, when the dog has eaten his way through these two bags, the process of ordering more supplies will be easier. PS. The dog loves the large bite of this dry food.

I ordered this umbrella holder for my newly-purchased golf trolley. It is purpose-made for the trolley and fits well. It is certainly a well made piece of kit and has been installed without any problem whatsoever. Arrived quickly and it was securely packed. It would have been useful to have been able to fit the holder on the left side of the trolley, but there are no pre-drilled holes to allow for this. Not the fault of the accessory.
