It is realised that these are difficult…

It is realised that these are difficult times. When I arrived the manager told me which bay to park in and his customer service finished there.. I have still not received my copy of the paid invoice as advised when I paid. I identified the poor customer service on my previous visit a few months ago and the same issue with getting the invoice. Things have not improved.
