Everything you need

for over 30 years i have been with various insurance providers just before 2020 i changed over to salon gold, after couple of years went back to a old provider. i always had 2 providers business insurance and professional indemnity. After speaking with salon gold i was able to have all my insurance needs within one policy which save time and money. Salon gold have been great, and service is fantastic

Great price and delivery

Other plumbing suppliers could not price match, redring 10L heater £30 cheaper and free delivery. Really can't argue , was a bit dubious using them at 1st because never came across company before. Products packed very well, kept up to date with delivery, receipt sent through whole process very easy.
Will use again and highly recommended.

Tracking facility great 👍 able to meet delivery guy at frint of house, gave him a hand due to parcels being heavy, delivery guys do a tough jib, nice fella and goods delivered in great condition

Received email notification of delivery and able to track delivery, was on time and driver really pleasant.

Customer support online chat

Emailing support and calling i did not have any joy but, i only got a response after 3 days to my initial email confirming they have it?

So tried online chat to help set up for paybylink I was having problems spoke with - RUAIRI WRIGHT of support through the online chat - the paybylink does have a test section and test card details are available but these available could not be used. Ruairi provided some test details. Also whilst i was online cleared up other questions i had - provided a full merchant PDF user guide, and how billing will operate, also confirmed the amount we put through on the merchant card machine of the test transaction - very helpful and to the point, put mind at rest, fingers crossed no problems with systems and payments moving forward and is stress free - again thank you RUAIRI WRIGHT

Was with Virgin from 2001 till 2021

Was with Virgin from 2001 till 2021 - as an old loyal customer did not count my charges kept increasing? so cancelled contract and my partner undertook a contract as a new customer fantastic deal, 12 months past started to increase, 18 months passed even more increases, now it's gone upto £78 for a basic package? try'd to negotiate just for broad band, then would not have it, only want to sell a larger package a a greater cost was like talking to a brick wall - have decided to cancel - Worst company to deal with, poor communication, unreasonable price hikes, poor service

live chat good rest bad

found the live chat good, and informed further information that i requested would be sent over by a education advisor as they would be best suited.
After this chat days proceeding, received e-mails asking about the chat if answered were provided, bit a sales ploy, noted information that i'm waiting for was directed to a Blog? very basic, whole thing in my opinion is sales driven and has put me off , due to not being very straight forward

only for customer service not blinds

Due to my own fault not reading all instructions on site, a replacement blind at discount was sent out, it was a shame that there was a fault with the blind, soeasy were happy to send another one out but, due to the length of time and friend just needing a blind up because old one was taken down, i had to pop out and buy one off the shelf from a shop. Mollie of soeasyblinds has been helpful from start to finish, and helpful in ensuring replacement would fit, just a same there was a fault, Mollie arranged a full refund for this item and kept me up-dated so 5 star to her - i can't rate the blinds regretfully.

Read the order instructions carefully

Only 3 start due to 1) delivery driver leaving good in open foyer area without signature or handing over, this area is open to public from street and is not manned
2) I would recommend reading the instructions very carefully. When ordering for all to wall, this will not be a true fit wall to wall, there is a 3.5cm gap for the fixing that are not fitted to the wall. this was my fault, as i assumed this. If fitting brackets flush to wall speak with soeasy to make sure correct fitting is ordered - would be exact fit - maybe some drop down option asking how you will be fitting by your measurements may make things easier. I was left with a blind i could not use and soeasy offered a replacement at discount. so do read the detail.

Top food - bought from authorised shop

I honestly can't comment on the customer service or the company as I have only bought thier product from a shop that supplies thier product.
My pup 🐶 😍 turned his nose up and had gone off some of the most advertised and well know raw foods.
I found a shop that stocks various brands and he will not touch foods with fruit and veg in, and other raws? This brand (and 1 other comes in small balls) he will happily eat away (last 2 weeks) but only in frozen slices? I checked the site (and others about feeding frozen) and it is very Informative (along with some others), as I'm very worried about him eating raw frozen, will slowly ween down to semi frozen. But major thumbs 👍 up to the food

not the best to rent

20/7/22 - Updated - thank you for your response, but we had no on board meeting, there was no induction to the premise, keys to room just handed over. Restoration was not informed and the room was not redecorated from the last tenant, pictures can be provided too

When taking on a room, it was not restored and ready, i have constantly asked what the 24sqm charge is and it turns out to be a standard charge, but this figure us not noted within the terms and conditions? the building had a fire alarm fault and one weekend was going off, there were no emergency contact numbers, room was not cleaned, and we had nothing but lip service. It took me 12 months to get a simple answer and it was agreed no restoration charges would be applied then i'm hit pow, with a standard charge which have never been specified clearly. The only reason i took a room on was because my business was flooded (operating for 25 years) would i recommend Regus no.. to many hidden charges, very hard to get straight answers, reception team is not one of the warmest in greeting people

Our centre staff are always available during office hours if you have any concerns or queries while at the centre, alternatively you can raise a case through your online portal. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. This service is part of your agreement and is detailed within it prior to signing.
During the onboarding meeting each customer is informed of emergency contacts for anything related to Regus such as a leak or wifi outage and another contact for building-related issues such as the fire alarm. These contacts as well as their phone numbers are posted on a sheet, downstairs on the landlord’s reception desk.

A must have set of papers

I initially purchased the NVR and 1 CEM mock test paper back back in march 2021, being apprehensive to what i was purchasing, due to so much on the market, i'm a strong believer in self learning not coaching.
As the 11+ came closer for my DD (3 weeks), she was not too confident on long/Data math, liked short math which she calls bang bang math, as she just bangs out the answers
I purchased the short, Long and multiple choice math's, along with 5 more mock papers.
IT WAS A GOD SEND... my DD would undertake 1 exercise from each paper, anything she got wrong had access to the explainer vid's, to which she said were very clear and preferred watching these than going over mistakes with me :o(
From my experience now and this was some last min study, i would recommend starting at Y5 with the following, Word association & definition, antonyms and synonyms 1 exercise a week (spread it out over the week, each exercise is only 5 to 10min). mid year 20 weeks prior to exam (short, long and multiple choice math). 8 weeks prior to exam 1 mock test a week, each has an explainer.
Overall i would highly recommend, will aid your child to put effort in and learn for themselves.

Holloway head halfords auto centre

I have been bring my Kia Sportage after the 7year warrantee ran out.
The service here is Brilliant, from just changing a simple Head light bulb as a quick stop or asking there advise on different sounds your hearing in the car.
The team is always at hand to answer a question. They are always busy which is a good sign for good mechanic's. Thank you GUYS

after care needs improving

Updated today 17/10/19 from 1 star to 4- ok after discussing the issue with Simon a image was requested - once sent, Simon agreed to send out a replacement, his college misunderstood a replacement item, was requested.
If you order you will need to log-in your account and place a request to deal with problems. bit long winded, not dealt with over the phone. Ensure you take a image of fault/broken items. hope this will aid any purchases.
16/10/19 Order 2 lights which electrician fitted, the packing was thrown away by builder.
Only 1 of the lights worked correctly, pir would activate in pure day light. notified any-lamp within 5 days of receiving and fitting the light, and requested a replacement. Was subsequently informed that due to original packing not available they will not refund or replace the product !
