I placed an order online four days ago…

I placed an order online four days ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I have tried calling several times and even waited on hold for over an hour, but no one answered. I have also sent emails and received no response.

This company used to provide good service, but something has clearly changed as many other customers now seem to be experiencing the same problems. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

Unless this is resolved quickly, I would not recommend ordering from them.

Delivery mix up sorted

A mix up with my delivery details resulted in a delay in receiving my goods, but one phone call got it sorted and delivery was next day.
Great service, as I suspect the original error was mine!!

Shocking

Shocking. I placed an order and it stated same day processing I didn’t have any confirmation or reply to my 3 emailed I send. I also tried to cal twice but the wait time was nearly an HOUR! My order eventually arrive after nearly a week. I will not shop here again.

Great website.
Really easy to order and pay for items.
Prompt automatic emails.
I have absolutely no idea where my delivery is, when I might expect it or if I ever will.
No response from telephone or email queries. Over an hour expected on hold.

Dreadful after sales service - Avoid!!!!!

I ordered 2 programmable fused spurs which arrived on time but one has failed after only 3 months so I need a replacement under warranty. Phone calls are not answered even after a 60 minute wait and emaiol are ignored. Dreadful experience. Never again.

Where is my product
