Great customer service

BoB customer services reached out after my review and were extremely helpful. First class customer service. Wanted to buy this as a gift but there was no option to buy to try before signing up for a subscription at the "special offer". I did message the company and got no response, never the less I did buy this to try it and my son seems happy with the product so far, only issue is if the product is dropped or knocked out of the holder whilst in the shower the soap breaks and cannot be put back into the holder and is therefore just another bar of soap.

Really easy to order and was delivered…

Really easy to order and was delivered the day it said it would be. Only slight negative was the confirmation date and time of delivery email came through after the cookie was delivered so I didn’t know when to be home sort of thing but I don’t blame Millie’s for that. Cookie in perfect condition and will be enjoyed!
