I have spent consecutive days trying to get my order shipped— each call including hold times has been close to an hour. Incompetence isn’t a strong enough noun to describe customer service

Not sure what I can say that’s good about the company

I shouldn’t have to use that many characters for my password. Also, I’m having difficulty finding my order I paid extra for express shipping. I still don’t have the doll. Not sure what I can say. That’s good about the company.

Killer jacket

Bought the flight jacket for both sons (16 and 22) They love it. The price was terrific the quality exceptional.Only issue is it runs small, had to go up a size for both kids, however Customer service helped me with the return/exchanges and I was promptly credited back money in full. Next Christmas I am getting my daughter and husband the jacket!
