Exceptional Customer Service

These days when good Customer service is rare..this was a breath of fresh air!!
I contacted Prezzee on 8th Jan and was communicating until 11th as my gift card was not working.
Every Advisor was so helpful and was enthusiastic to help which was wonderful.

Nectar makes me shop at sainsburys.

Nectar makes me shop at sainsburys.
The competitions they do are quite interesting but sometimes they when they put a threshold on spend that puts me off as there are 2 people in the house and we dont need much.
Recently the Sky VIP offers are appalling as neither the sainsburys internet nor sky pages have good connectivity so whats the use of offers?
The quality if sainsburys products are quite good but comparing the prices its quite expensive but nectar makes it affordable.
So all in all I like shopping at sainsburys.
The staff at Bedford store is amazing The guy at the checkouts on Friday evening and the manager are both amazing as always helpful..that makes you shop!!

False talk!!

I travelled in July 2025 and booked a hotel.
The information about the sister hotel was all wrong mentioning spa when it didnt exist. I booked this hotel based on that info so that I could use that spa.
When I went there the hotel people said that the info on Bookings.com is false and they are contacting them. They also got back to say that there was no reply.
After coming back to the UK i contacted Bookings.com and they replied on 1st Sep 2025 by Eder R.
Booking.com Customer Service saying that they are looking into it and will update me in not more than 5 working days and come to a resolution. Its Nov now and havnt heard at all.
I have sent a mail again from the form on the website and still no reply.
Its pathetic for such a big company to act in such unprofessional way.
Im now thinking whether to book my next accomadation through them ir not?
Probably not!!
Also after my trip was over I was getting message saying that the same hotel is booked again etc.. I got really scared and I deleted the app. It probably was a breach!!
I hope after reading this the customer service would have the coutesy to contact me witha resolution.

No customer service email!!₩

Its pathetic for BA not to have an email to complain or solve an issue.
Chat service cannot be secure if the website is hacked.
Im unable to login in which is cruvial for my upcoming flight and I cant.
When i reset passwird it says error and doesnt tell you the reason.
What can I do?
Went on BA chat and the advisor tried to be helpful but one of the security questions asked was the passport number which was appalling!
Then my upcoming flight details but not the reference number.
I got an email to reset but has no BA logo on it and its different from the reset email generated when you click "forgot password". How can I trust if its from BA.
The customer service number is a 0344 number and my provider charges a lot. I cant spend £20 plus just for a call which is BAs mistake.
Is this what you get for being Loyal?
How does trading standards allow such a big company to operate without an email?

Review of M&S Credit Card

Satisfied customer!!

I possess an M&S credit for about 17yrs now and would be with them forever.
I have no complains at all about the card so why change?
whenever I had a small issue it was sorted out easily with an apology.
The support customer service is amazing. Each advisor is a gem and help with integrity.
Even in the recent hack one of my transaction was stopped so I knew there was something wrong and suspicious thats why M&S had stopped the transaction for safety and I was right. It means there is always nonstop monitoring of account to see that customers are safe.
M&S is definitely better than any other provider I feel as they put things right the M&S way.
Their little ways of saying thank you by giving free items is amazing and points of course.
I had a rewards card for sometime for £10 a month where they give you back £120 in vouchers a year and 8 drinks vouchers per quarter which is amazing value.
I had to cancel it as there is no M&S cafe where I live but heard in the news a bigger store is coming to us so hopefully Ill have it again if it has a cafe.
The sparks offers are not good enough I feel. There should be innovative ways to please customers.
All in all its just not a credit card, its an M&S credit card!!

A genuine website!!

I like trustpilot as you can check any website reviews before you purchase and also write a genuine review for others.
I wish Trustpilot also start a platform to.communicate with customer service of companies to solve issue.
That would be everything in one . Also have a link to yrading standards and their customer service to ask questions and flag certain companies for them to investigate.
Lastly, there use to be a chat service and a phone number to approach trustpilot which I cant see now for individuals and is for businesses only. Please bring it back!!

This is in response to my review about the silentnight mattress I had purchased and the appalling service I received feom both Silentnight and Argos.
Bekki from customer service replied on 6th May2025 to my review which I appreciate and said I could still seek help and to contact her on social media.
Im not on social media and Ive written to trustpilot to send her a message on my behalf but my question was not understood.
I request Bekki to give her direct email so that I can approach her with the details she mentioned.
There should be a dedicated complaints number and email for cuatimers to reach.

However year before last I enquired about the smart meter for my electricity as I have the very old version and uptill now no response. Thats pathetic!!

I want to get in touch with Yodel…

I want to get in touch with Yodel regarding this delivery.
The delivery guy was weird and looked like he should have a police check.
He delivered on 20th june and 22nd May last year.
He said that he want a pic of the parcel with me catching it and he wont click my face.
Immediately I knew it was the same person as he had said the same thing last year. My husband had to intevene as he was shouting then.
So this time I called my husband and said he wants to take a pic and its the same guy and he heard that and suddenly attitude changed and he clicked the pic with just my hands outside.
This guy shouldnt be sent to my house next time ever.
What is Yodel doing?
Last year when I compalined to Shark they said they have written to Yodel
I will never have a Yodel delivery ever.
I would like an explanation to this from Yodel.
He was captured in the camera so there is proof.
This is a serious issue.

Very good!!

I love booking with trainline. I dont travel often but their booking is hassle free with notifictions about changes and disruptions. Yehre is a booking fee of £2 but its ok for the service they offer.
Trainline also offers insurance for the trip so peace of mind too.

Serious Data Breach

Twice I was short of my points and I was not satisfied with the response after contacting Nectar. From a recent transaction I was short by £17 worth of points and explanation wasnt good enough.
I received an email from Nectar and thinking that its again about the same transaction I enquired.
When I opened the email I was shocked to see somebody elses chat come to me and all his sensitive detail too. The chat ref they mentioned was 250506-002948.
What is Nectar doing with its security?
when this can happen which is an ultimate data breach being short of points is nothing serious compared to this.
I am seriously thinking of closing my account with Nectar and also writing to Trading Standards about this breach.

Ordered a cable for my husband and he went and picked it up with a trolley code which is so useful. If one doesnt like it then no need to pay.
The staff are brilliant at St Neots store and every other store I visited.

There is no such thing as 5yrs warranty!!

I will never buy a Silentnight product after this experience.
I had bought a silentnight superking mattress from Argos. After 1 yr Argis would say the warranty is with Silentnight. The 5yr warranty which you are promised at purchase is just to sell the product I felt. There is no such thing when it comes to a claim.
I approached Silentnight after experiencing issues with my mattress. The process took 1month and 10days.
Silent night sent a supposed to be independant inspector from Emmeira group. He did his inspection and tried the mattress himself and gave the report which according to him was within the limits.
First of all he was not my weight so how will he know what I am feeling. Then after the measurements he wanted me to sign the report on his tablet which hesitantly i did and asked a person to write on the notes that I would like to speak to somebody about this. Nobody did and no response after the report from Silentnight. When I got in touch the advisor said sorry and that they closed the case without even telling me which I felt was extremely rude.
When I wanted the report, the advisor has sent it and because I mentioned trading standards she said I could contact my local trading standards which I will do.
Overall a rude company which fiesnt think if its customers I felt!

Loyalty doesn't pay!!

I was always a fan of Argos and my first go to was Argos. However this experience changed that!
This is about my purchase a year back.

I started using the mattress thinking that it takes time to adjust. After a few months it had already sunk in many places even after following the rotation religiously.
In oct 2024 it was a year and since I wasnt feeling so well could not get in touch. It had become unbearable to sleep so contacted Argos.
First of all customer service takes ages and its another country.
The advisor said since its more than one year they have to put me to Silentnight and they give a code which I could call them back and give and Ill get a replacement. It wasnt as easy as this. I contacted Argos 3 times and wanted to speak to a manager and told them to consider as goodwill as only 2 months had elapsed. The customer advisor said a manager would call and twice it happened nobody called.The advisor ince apologised but same haooened again so it was not a genuine sorry.
I called silentnight with the contact given and they registered a warranty case on 10th Jan then they send an independent company person to inspect on 22nd Jan
The person said all the defect is within their limits and suggested taht I buy a topper. Who has laid the rules?
I had to sign what he said when I didnt wish to and asked the person to write in the notes that i would like somebody from silentnight to speak to me. Nobody did and no answer till 20th Feb and when I contacted, I received a mail saying that case is closed without discussing with me. The lady quite rude just sent the report which I will be sending to trading standards.
Should it take so long 10th Jan to 21st feb?
The warranty for Silentnight is supposed to be 5years. whats the meaning please?
The first thing is Argos has missold the mattress Its 22cm thick actually and is written as 24cm in the description. I realised this only through another review.
Then there was no follow up by Argos after directing to Silentnight. The responsibility lies with you Argos first.
Ive learnt a lesson.
I am so dissapointed that Ill never consider buying anything big from Argos!!

Delivery charge.

Ordered wardrobe shelves so not much to say as its the normal quality.
Expected to see the option for Argos click n collect but wasnt there so had to shell out for delivery which wasnt what I expected.
I felt it was quite expensive.
Delivery was good and in time.
Most retailers dont charge for delivery nd for smller iyems like these the delivery should be free.
