Tracy’s work ethic of going above and beyond in supporting my child in achieving his Distinction at Grade 5 music theory is commendable. My son took part in the crash course over 4 days and with the resources, workshops, additional marking and feedback, she did a great job in helping him to achieve the high standards he was aiming for. The whole team are experienced and well informed to help you make the right purchase. They are adamant on selling you the best product to meet your needs. They spent a considerable amount of time with myself and my son in ensuring that he went away with the right equipment for his first gig. We won’t hesitate in going back, especially knowing that they sell an array of equipment to help my son’s music career progress. The quality of service you get by calling into this store is far superior compared to buying any products online. I would question in future whether it is worth doing Internet shopping.

I love the concept and love eating vegetables of different varieties - plus I’m not particular about any odd looking veg! As a family of 3 we always have at least 4 meat and veg meals a week and still add veg to the curry/ chilli/ pasta/ etc. Unfortunately there would not be enough veg in the box to cover this (bought medium) and if I was paying full price for the odd box, I know it would cost me more than my local retailer. All the veg looked good apart from the apples but for this, I can cut out the majority of bruising, etc and make a crumble.

Terrible service. Ordered just one sofa costing nearly £2000 on 23rd January and five months later after waiting 2 hours 40 minutes to get through to customer services, I have found out that my sofa will not be ready till 28th June - over 6 months later. No email, telephone or letter to explain, apologise or try to convince me that their customer service is anything other than shoddy. I used their online support request on 4th May, and come 22nd May, I still haven’t heard anything. They are supposed to reply 72 hours later. Yet another example of dismissing their responsibilities and awful customer care. Extremely disappointed that like myself they have probably had thousands of pounds off waiting customers, gaining interest over these past few months. What surprises me even more is their matter of fact way when cancelling your order after the appalling service - no apology again - not even bothered they have upset and lost a customer. Disappointed in the companies lack of care and disappointed in myself for thinking that sofology could deliver the service they promised 5 months ago.
Very pleased with the attentive service and high quality products. Recommend hammonds for fitted wardrobes, they have helped to transform our bedroom.

When paying for the premium delivery service you would hope it would arrive 2 days later. Unfortunately I didn't get my goods for the Saturday night party and now waiting for my parcel on Monday.

I see that your order was placed on the evening of the 5th February and as such, was prepared and shipped out on Friday. As UPS does not deliver on weekends, your parcel arrived on Monday, one business day after despatch, so is therefore considered to be on time.
