Nothing went wrong
Nothing went wrong. Eric was imaginative and probably as responsive as he could be , given the passengers. If I was in his position I might have asked some more questions at the start.

Exactly what I wanted/needed/asked for, though I anticipated a glass face. The plastic is fine, though. It took a lot of search to find a site that would customize a frame as I wanted it.

People make good faith reservations. I made a business class reservation with Ukraine International Airlines several months ahead of the flight. I insured it. Three days after the reservation, the airline changed the itinerary, giving me a 12 hour overnight layover in Kiev, instead of a 2 hour one, a condition I would never have accepted in advance. My insurance meant NOTHING. I booked with another airline that was (in the end) cheaper but with a much shorter layover. Vayama's insurers see this as a "peril" of airline booking rather than something that they should protect against (via their insurance). STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Review of Marketview Liquor
Although I purchased a case of the wine I was inquiring about I would have appreciated more direct answers to the questions I asked (cost of delivery to a NY address -- found out only at checkout (though I had given an address; whether better vintages were available -- no comment. It was a genuine question, and could have been answered by referring to, say, the points awarded a later or earlier vintage). I went through with the purchase, though, because the price was better than others, even with the shipping charges from New Rochelle to NYC..
