Very fast and efficient service to my surprise. My test results were available within 5 working days considering it was approaching the Christmas period. Some of the foods the results indicate are tolerant were unexpected, even the healthy produce such as avocado (was my daily staple), porridge and the obvious the unhealthy refined sugar (I stay away from this). Although, my symptoms have improved, possibly by reducing the intolerant foods, it’s not resolved the issue. Definitely some noticeable progress though, combining it with an active lifestyle.
