Ordered special offer of 70% discountfor 6 pens…

Ordered special offer if 70% for 6 pens for £6.99 Charged me 2 teabsactions totalling £95!!! Immediately contacted them to cancel but they refused. Paid through PayPal and contacted them. Directed me to a page whuch said they would give immediate refund. Email from them basically saying tough, no refund. DON'T USE THEM!!!

FWHs be aware of Olio unsubstantiated claims for banning you

Olio banned me for having multiple accounts. This is not true and unsubstantiated but Olio have decided to ban me for reasons known only to themselves with no evidence whatsoever.

Going downhill at a rate of knots

Going downhill at a rate of knots. Banning volunteers unnecessarily because they believe their algorithm is infallible. Accusing volunteers of running multiple accounts because despite not breaching Olio rules but the algorithm knows better. RIP Olio as this will be its death knell in losing hundreds of innocent volunteers

Crap new app

What a complete waste of space this new app is. The old app had its faults but was far better in its connectivity and duration times and was easier to arm the cameras in one touch of the screen. Swann you have taken giant strides backwards with this new app. it is not like you have given us any choice. I now have system served by a flawed app. Pathetic is not a strong enough condemnation of this piece of rubbish you have foisted on your customer base.
