I have held a subscription with YuMOVE for many years and have found them a reputable and helpful company. That said I have been exceedingly disappointed with the service I have recently received. My supermarket now sells YuMOVE products and I am considering cancelling my subscription due to my recent experiences.

I was issued a prescription from my vet for three tubes of Optimune. I initially ordered only one as I wished to ascertain the efficacy. Once I realised how much my beagle was benefiting I ordered the two further tubes duly submitting the prescription as an attatchment.
It took several 'phone calls and emails before Pet Drugs Online dispensed the Optimune. My first dealing with the company was perfect but the last occasion was very testing and disappointing.
