Complete horror show

Complete horror show. I've been asked to stand guarantor for my neice at uni. Happy to do so, but I'm retired and have sent all applicable documents within the date range showing I can cover the finanical level required. Keep getting emails saying I have'nt complied but you cannot call them (super looped menus I can't get through). I've requested call backs as I've submitted docs and no one calls back. Would never use, would never recommend. Beyond unprofessional.

Cancelling my policy

I've had to cancel my car insurance policy due to being very ill. Upon cancelling I was advised my no claims discount letter would be uploaded within 30 mins...... 2 days later and its not there....... any idea when I'll get it?

Can't use app to book a session...... and you can't reach them!

After downloading the EveryoneActive app so I can book a gym session in lock-down, I found I couldn't get it working (the app doesn't recognise my email address, even though when I've tried to create a new password for my account, the app is clearly linked to my email address!!!) and so I can't book any sessions.

My local gym has no one in to speak to (Fanshawe Gym and Pool) and their head office also has no email address or phone contact details. Their website has no chat facility, email address or phone number and so I contacted them through Resolver....... only to receive an automated response with a query number (993082) from a now redundant web page on their website saying "page not working"........ I just want a refund on my membership as trying to work through a basic issue is such a pain.

I have total sympathy with companies trying to keep going during lock-down, but when they simply block every method of working with them through a problem, what's the point? Absolutely dreadful company and now I just want my money back..... but they clearly aren't going to make that easy!

No clothes and no money back either!!!! Don't touch them

I order 13 items on 7th May. After nothing was delivered 7 weeks later, I used their site to raise this issue. There is no email address or phone number and after 1.5 hours I finally had an online chat with someone who agreed that my parcel was still "in transit" (it's impossible to navigate their site and get anywhere with a complaint).

I was refused a refund as Shein needed time to speak to their operations team to verify non-delivery. I was advised my query would remain open and I should return 7 days later for the outcome of their investigation. When I returned they had closed the discussion as "resolved" and now the chat function is closed on my account! I raised a resolver complaint and they haven't responded to it. My credit company is now challenging payment with them. I've never worked with such a bad company. This is absolutely appalling. Don't touch them with a barge pole!!

Car crash experience

Car crash! Opened my account on 5th August and ordered my drugs.

They were due for delivery 2 days ago (1st September) and when I checked my account with Pharmacy2U tonight, it shows that they have registered my order but nothing has happened since.

I guess it was my job to keep checking the site, but I thought the whole process was electronic and my GP is signed up! I now have no drugs and urgently need them.

It would help if they messaged you when things go wrong (like this!!!!!).

Appalling customer service

My Netflix account was hacked in June this year and the hacker upgraded my account from basic to the 4 devises (premium??). When I called to seek support, the call handler advised that they would refund the additional charge (it was only one months charge, but the principle holds). Netflix did not refund.

I was hacked again in September and when I called again to explore the reason for a second hack (I changed all passwords on email and Netflix) I asked for someone to review my previous call about the refund.

I was advised this morning that they had listened to my first call and they did not offer a refund during this call. I asked to hear the call myself as I'm absolutely sure they offered and after they refused I asked for an escalation (there is data protection law which allows me to access data a company holds on me) and was refused...……. I don't understand why Netflix wont allow me to hear a call that would show me as a liar...……….. I have cancelled my plan. Netflix is a joke!!!

Supply good but customer service is the worst I have experienced

The account runs well generally but our start-up service was dreadful. Someone at your end typed our email address in incorrectly which meant we didn't receive any start-up info or an account number and I couldn't get any contact from yourselves to sort this out. I sent web queries through your system which were repeatedly ignored. You were sending threatening texts and called me threatening court action. At this point I thought I'd resolved the issue with your debt collection team, but even with an account number we couldn't get through on the phone and no-one responded through your email query site, although you had a working bank DD in place and you weren't taking any money. It was a nightmare and was finally resolved through a call to your final complaints. I don't know if I'd use you again when we move as it was a horrific experience and seemed unending.
