Very happy with Goodlord support team.

We at RICE RESI Ltd submitted a request on Goodlord to help resolve a payment issue, and Lucas was incredibly helpful. He understood the problem right away and resolved it quickly. We really appreciate his support — his assistance made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Very confusing platform

Very confusing platform, not enough information or explanation. Incredibly hard to use if you don't have a 'standard' situation with finances. Emails don't always make sense. Trying to get to speak to anyone to help is a nightmare. BUT when I finally got to speak to a lady called Emma, she was absolutely amazing and so helpful and patient. We had to spend almost an hour chatting to get things sorted. She was wonderful and really supported me as a vulnerable customer. Absolutely top marks to Emma. But if I could give 0 stars for the actual platform I would.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. Decided my faith like EVIL LORD. Nothing GOOD Lordy about this company.

I had 2 ccjs for 5 pound parking tickets that I an currently disputing.

I did not know about them, so I asked can I amend my referencing application, so estate agents could help me.

The response was a NO. So meaning they left a incorrect response remain on my application. Which said NO by accident.

disgusting service.

Playing with people lives.

Currently having to use this company for a rental. Total nightmare.
Claim my area manager doesn't work for my company (28 years) because she isn't on LinkedIn! Even though the emails have her company and and work status on every email.
Also reckon I don't earn enough, even though my ASM has sent 2 different references and I have sent in my 3 wage slips.
It's causing me so much stress and panic attacks just because they can't do their job correctly. I am going through a relationship break up and need this new home.

Explain everything even though I interrupted a few times and I explained to him I had ADHD as he was also neurodivergent he was very understanding and answered all of my questions whilst also ensuring to explain everything throughly and carefully. I had a great experience and I’m waiting to move in and start paying for my new insurance. I hope everyone can speak to someone like Johnathan as he is very kind and knowledgeable which is a good attribute to have.

Dallas-Alexandra is a gem!
I get so frustrated with Goodlord and the ack of customer service, however Dallas provided everything I needed, was super helpful and stayed on the chat so that I could speak with the applicant, and Dallas at the same time after speaking to three different people today regarding one application.

Although the application still hasn't concluded, it was a very positive experience.

Lucas was very helpful

Lucas was very helpful and showed me the export feature which I couldn't find. Great service as always. What is so good about the company there is a help line that gives a few options for what you may need, you select the number and a real person actually answers the phone no AI and no bot chat.
