Very confusing platform
Very confusing platform, not enough information or explanation. Incredibly hard to use if you don't have a 'standard' situation with finances. Emails don't always make sense. Trying to get to speak to anyone to help is a nightmare. BUT when I finally got to speak to a lady called Emma, she was absolutely amazing and so helpful and patient. We had to spend almost an hour chatting to get things sorted. She was wonderful and really supported me as a vulnerable customer. Absolutely top marks to Emma. But if I could give 0 stars for the actual platform I would.

I get so frustrated with Goodlord and the ack of customer service, however Dallas provided everything I needed, was super helpful and stayed on the chat so that I could speak with the applicant, and Dallas at the same time after speaking to three different people today regarding one application.
Although the application still hasn't concluded, it was a very positive experience.
