I was sent the wrong item
I was sent the wrong item. Even though I quoted all the relevant service numbers on the actual oven, they sent me the wrong Mains lead. Ok, the refund was quick, but despite enclosing a note requesting how to obtain the proper mains connection lead I have heard nothing. Everything is done by computer/recorded messages/robots. Cannot get through to talk to anyone about the problem obtaining the correct mains cable.
