I think I genuinely have every set now I love this underwear so much! Have recommended to all of my friends and even taking some over to New Zealand in January for my cousins. Only time I've ever needed customer services is when I've made a mistake on what I ordered, and they were so helpful and quick to sort out. Can't image ever using anyone else now.

I've bought two sets now from Chelsea Peers and recommended them to all of my friends' husbands for Christmas presents! Never had such beautiful soft, comfy, warm pyjamas! Delivery packaging also very beautiful and makes it feel very special and exciting. Would (and will) highly recommend.

Subscriptions don’t show on Apple account. Therefore take money and you can’t cancel. When you then try and cancel you go round in circles to eventually end up on a form that is buggy and can’t be filled out properly. Feels like an intentional con.

The start of the process was great. Really easy, quick and delivery was made just 2 days later than expected (this is good for parcels to NZ!). It then went wrong when I was hit with additional charges because of a FedEx 'audit' and the only way to appeal was to send 4 photos of the original package with a tape measure etc. They should tell you to do this before sending in the first place.

Ordered my items 3 weeks ago. Have received no communication since and had no response from customer services. Appreciate their can be delays but the website says delivery within 14 days even with delays and the lack of communication is the real issue.
