I purchased the Premium package specifically for the "Unlimited Mode." The service was defective and non-functional immediately after purchase. Support actually ADMITTED in writing that their "Unlimited Mode wasn't working as expected" during my purchase window.

Despite admitting the product was broken, they refused to refund my money, citing a "virtual goods" policy. They forced "store credit" on me instead of returning my funds, even though the service I paid for did not exist at the time of purchase.

If you are a freelancer or small business, do not trust this company. If their servers break, they will keep your money and offer you useless credits you didn't ask for.

Honestly, best people I've ever dealt with.
I will never buy my nutrients anywhere else! And you shouldn't either !

It's literally impossible for me to get one lobby where at least one person on the other team is getting constant packet bursts causing my game to glitch right out. They claim if they fix it, they'll lose customers.....

You know what, great prices. Unless you have to return something. Bought a compressor that was listed under my vehicle, however in the bottom corner it stated "export only" they expect me to know that it means it's for exported vehicles only. Then when i contact them to return it, they inform me i'll have to pay for shipping and instead of it being the 28.72 I paid to ship it to me now it's going to cost 72.08 to ship it back!!! Garbarge, zero support, no phone number. My days ordering here are now numbered. What a joke.

If I could vote zero stars you champs would get it!! CoD is the only game I enjoy and you idiots are ruining it. EVERY SINGLE map I get just destroyed by people packet bursting around the map, you lag comp and or matchmaking in Bo6 is BROKEN and you claim if you fix it you will lose customers... well I'm pretty dedicated and I HATE this game! Not even remotely fair. I see dude for one millisecond and i watch his kill cam and he sees me for 4 full seconds all the while in orange on the left side of the screen "PACKET BURST" And now i find out that even waiting on the next cod to enjoy playing my favorite game is pointless cause you idiots are making the next one too. WTB InfiniteWard. You are ruining CoD and it's almost like you are proud of it.

I bought my PC a few years ago, but I always have a good mouse so i never bothered to test theirs that I got with my system. I broke the seal 2 days ago and it's the glitchiest mouse I've ever used. TOTALLY UNUSABLE. BRAND NEW. Way out of warranty as I never even opened it till a few days ago... Garbage.

Ok package seems to have gotten lost three times now. Sent from UK disappeared for a month and a day, finally got to ontario canada then went off the radar for another 8 days ( normally takes 3 max ) Then "out for delivery" waited all day and NOTHING. It was never this bad, but WOW only thing I could remotely compare this to is DHL. Sad but true!

I would have given 5 stars because the first two orders went smooth and were fairly fast. But the last week and a half I had 3 orders cancelled due to their Visa system being down? They said the only method of payment at the moment is wire transfer, I attempted one but it failed to process and processing fees on wires is 30 bucks. Which I'd almost rather wait for the visa system to be back up anyways. Really hope they get this issue resolved soon. I've replaced a new order now and hopefully it takes. Thanks @DutyFreeDepot for the first 2 orders. Fingers crossed this one goes through :) ! Ps.. the order # I provided is the one that keeps being cancelled.

Tried several other sites first, all game me one problem or another, this site finally I got what i paid for and it was absalutely instant. Will buy here again if necessary.

Wouldn't purchase a pack of gum from this company. Make sure you are home and stay up till 2 or 3 am for when they attempt to call you AFTER they receive your money from paypal to "verify" something, idk even know what, the bad company already had my money. NEVER EVER again.
