vastly overpriced

it seems to me they have so priced themselves out of the market. £19 for a pizza and £27 for the house wine!! It is only a pizza and the toppings are not generous. Esher closes at 9.30 so you can't even spend the evening there. We used to enjoy going to Pizza Express but won't be going again. it simply is not even remotely value for money.

the most appalling service

the most appalling service. no one answers the phone. the message is we are busy please try again. have asked for a call back. nothing. have emailed re a water damage no reply. but they are quick to take the money.

I am at a loss to describe this shocking service.

failure to deliver…

twice now the flowers have not been delivered and instead taken to the post office for my 90 year old mother to collect. This was despite her being in all day.
why can they not simply ring the bell.

customer service shocking. never use again.

I can only support what others have said about ITVX. What a terrible service. Doesn’t work. Plain and simple. How can they offer this let alone charge? Why do they seem incapable of making it work like others. BBC I Player is excellent. As for domino’s sponsoring it. I would stop. Does nothing for your reputation.

failure to deliver on time and failure…

failure to deliver on time and failure to reply to emails complaining. the flowers were ordered for a specific purpose and the site said they could deliver. Instead they were delivered a day later. Not quite the purpose of sending the flowers. Total failure to reply to emails asking why there had been a late delivery. They should not specify on their website that delivery can be on a specific day. I used them because of this.

their reply is even more galling. I have already provided details to customer services on Sunday and Monday and no reply. there is no telephone and it is only via chatbot.the reply is nonsense

I purchased a premium topper on 26th August and it still has not arrived. I have emailed customer services but no reply. If they have a delivery problem they should tell customers at the outset not after they have purchased. still no idea when it will be delivered. I will cancel the order as there are other toppers where I am sure delivery is a lot better. another review refers to a 4 week delay. Not acceptable given the cost. I can only suggest avoid.

Thank you for your reply. That makes sense. Can I suggest that the nurse writes up the label in front of you and sticks it on. Results. Read v quickly.

The nurse was very pleasant. I appreciate it is difficult to stick to the timing and she contacted me to say she was running late. I would say that i think you should have labels made up for each customer. Instead she said she would put the labels on when she got back. I did ask how did she know it was mine and apparently i was the only one for this type of test. However it leaves you wondering that the right name has been put on the vials.

Hi Tina,

Thank you for your feedback. The nursing team operates nationwide, rather than based from a central location. So it is faster for us to arrange a booking with you and label them in person, rather than to pre-print and distribute labels (like we do for our home test kits).

We should stress that we take client and sample identification VERY seriously. All nurses are NMC registered and the laboratory has strict UKAS compliance requirements regarding labelling.

failing to repay overpayment

I am so glad I changed supplier. like others reviewing here they took another direct debit despite my having changed and have now failed to refund that and the balance due to me. I am also raising a complaint and will take the matter to the ombudsman. this should not be allowed.

the reply is of course a typical standard one which simply excuses poor service. I have taken the matter to the ombudsman and UP agreed to pay the monies within 5 days. what a surprise still no payment. it has been outstanding since November.

It didn’t work

It didn’t work, then it did but did not arrive before Christmas, then it arrived and the entire calendar was blank. Your service department tried to help but did no one spot they were sending out a blank calendar?

This should have been picked up prior to dispatch but was obviously missed.

Service centre has failed

I have used cewe for the last four years. Originally it was very good. Each year the use of their software has deteriorated. This year after spending hours preparing the calendar their software would not let me complete. A few hours on the phone to their service centre I was told there were glitches with their software but there were ways around it. None worked. I was asked that the error message they helped me create would be sent to germany and they would reply within an hour. Nathan would the ring me back. That was a day ago. Now it is too late to prepare the calendar. Really poor service.

When HMRC decided to claim further monies from my elderly mother i was looking for help and discovered Dominic. He really knows his subject and we would not have achieved such a good result without his help and guidance. Any dealings with HMRC are frightening and worrying but you are in good hands with Dominic. He also brings that rare quality of really caring and he has the patience to talk things through with you. He is a real gem and i would recommend him without hesitation.

I would avoid them at all costs

I would avoid them at all costs. They allege that a claim form took 16 days to reach them by which time it was 2 days out of time of the 90 days. i have lodged a complaint and will take it to the ombudsman or the small claims court if they do not pay out. I doubt very much that they did not receive our claim within time. Blaming the post office seems just that bit too convenient.

Even where there is ongoing treatment they require you to complete a new claim form each time. They seek to make it as inconvenient as possible to make a claim.

We have cancelled our policy. We will certainly never use them again. We should ensure that the public is aware of the tactics and how this supposed "animal friendly" insurance really works.

i can only confirm do not buy from wowcher. I purchased a spa day and when i tried to book from march to end of June the spa center is fully booked. I have asked for a refund but wowcher only want to give a credit. They said that the offer was subject to availability and since this was on offer since early December leaving it so late i should have expected that it might be full. i actually purchased the day in February and see that about a day ago they were offering the event again. It is a breach of contract. i am seeking a refund via the credit card but will take the matter to the ombudsman if necessary. Avoid them.

Dreadful avoid at all cost

I can only endorse the comments from the other users who have sought a refund. I have not even had a response from them and their email address clearly does not work as it keeps bouncing back. I am making a claim via my credit card but they are being difficult too.

The products have caused a skin reaction for me too. Avoid this company and the products .
