Premium prices yet bad service!
My delivery is already delayed by 5 days, no concrete news on when it will be delivered
This is after I was charged 6 euros for it.

Great experience! Every year I order flowers for my mom, even with 3 weeks before her birthday, so that I don't forget😀 and the delivery comes exactly on the day I requested it (this is Christmas Eve, so even more to appreciate)!! Really cool, thank you very much!

It was a pleasure ordering a Christmas Flower surprise for my grandma as she was more than happy with the quality and freshness of the flowers and the little present - a nice looking lantern. Favourable prices and nice and easy shopping experience. Delivery on time as announced.

I‘m reviewing the customer service - it was very good. I called the Blume2000.de customer service number on a Saturday morning and a lovely gentleman instantly helped me with my query. Rare to get a person on the phone nowadays! I will order from them again.

Delivery was on time and the flowers looked EXACTLY like online... I'm super pleased and surprised how WELL this potted plant made it to my brother's door! I will order again.

It was Easy to Order the flowers and the delivery was on time!

twice now the flowers have not been delivered and instead taken to the post office for my 90 year old mother to collect. This was despite her being in all day.
why can they not simply ring the bell.

customer service shocking. never use again.

I ordered a bouquet of peonies in various colours and one peony as a pot plant. Shipping was super fast and the flowers arrived in perfect condition on the selected date. The peonies were of extremely good quality and absolutely worth the price. I cannot really say anything about the potted plant yet as it still has to grow and bloom but for now I am totally satisfied and will order again.

It was great! Within 3 days the flowers were there, in a good packaging with enough wet pads so the flowers stay fresh! Perfect on of few sites i trust with flowers. The shipping was to germany btw.

I have ordered flowers for my sisters birthday WEEK BEFORE and scheduled delivery for Monday. And those clowns have sent them already on Saturday. REALY???? And now today, they are not received because it was okay to do not call to the dor bell easier it was deliver them to the post office which is ALWAYS ON LUNCH and working from 11-15. I scheduled them specially with address mentioned and person was whole day at home and they just decided to place them on DHL Post office not even to deliver them. And even after taking them from post office flowers were already wilted.

Flowers where as pretty as they should be. They came fresh and in time

Terrible service and even worse customer service.

Not only that they didn't deliver, but they won't issue refund and were super unhelpful, using lame excuses to drag the story almost 2 weeks long and avoid refunding.

I for sure will never even smell a flower from this company nor will i leave an euro there. And will tell everyone about it. What a scam.

Punctual delivery and nice tulips

Very bad service I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered the flowers for more than 50 euros and it was a free delivery supposed to be delivered on 8th March. But they didn't deliver it on 8th March and now they sent me an email that it will be delivered on 11th March. Moreover after 3 days the flowers will be not fresh and spoiled. Extremely disappointed with their service. It's my last order with them.
