Got a parking fine - it could happen. However, I parked 12:30 (in 1 hr parking spot) and the fine was put 13:34... It is embarassing how bad this company is. I hope their profits go for a good cause like cancer sick patients, otherwise I wish them to get cancer so that they feel like doing something good from time to time.

Inadequate and slow customer service. Wanted to book a room that I found cheaper elsewhere so I called customer service which advised me to send an email and document the lower price. I never heard back from their inadequate customer support and the rooms got sold out. DK support is a joke. Troels was one of the not so helpful guys on their team.

- Disappointing case where tires decreased in value with 200 DKK per piece 2 days after ordering. Asked them for a refund of the difference - order on GLS says not shipped, seller says tires are shipped. If I want the refund then I have to refuse the order and pay 80 DKK per tire for the return and reorder them again. That is bad customer service.
Based on above, I will trade with another tire shop next time. I will advise you to do the same.

Quick and easy setup of 5G. Speed is very good. Router capabilities for setting up a VPN flow are a bit limited though so I have to use a second router to process the traffic.

They took a difficult case but their efforts so far have led to nothing. I got a partial ticket compensation from the travel agency to which this company raised a claim of 30%. They have had no feedback from the airline, yet claimed 30% of something another entity collected as a compensation based on their efforts (they also charged a fee).
It sucks to be a passenger as everybody is milking you. The airline, the travel agency and the compensation agency.
My advice: book through the airline (not travel agency), have multiple travel insurances and handle compensation cases on your own. The rest in the chain are pirates. Including this company.

-1 star because even after trying to resolve the issue via SAS nothing really happened

Hi,
I am here sharing my experience with the shop. Overall I am not satisfied with the service I have received.
Pricematch - They say they price match, but then they try to use any excuse not to price match. So that is dissapointing. In the end they end up conversation saying, "anyway it is a small order, so we are not going to do a discount on it" .
Delivery - it said 3 to 6 working days when I ordered. It took 6 full days plus the half a day before that. I had to call them to push them to move the order as apparently their supplier had not replied to their own order and the order was just standing in their system without any movement.
Returning of products: I ordered a number of packages and I had one package left after I finished my project. They refused to take it back as a return. That is disappointing. It is the first time when I have bought a product and it is in its original condition unpacked and the vendor refuses to accept it back which is also stated in the policy, but considering how the general market runs, I see this as bad customer service.

If you want a society where everybody is equal then don't support Norwegian. It is a discriminatory company!
Applied for a card, but got rejected. The only possible reason is that I am from Bulgaria, but living in DK for the last 9 years, so I fall in a different credit group. It is discriminatory to put people in a box based on where they come from. Would get a SAS card instead and will avoid flying Norwegian down the road.
Further update: my gf who is Danish, a student with a debt to her name got approved... Shame on you
