Two large parcels(Baby Travel System) dumped at my front door. No one was home. Luckily I was 5 minutes from home, and saw it on my ring doorbell. Delivery driver made no attempt to contact me, just dumped the parcels and left.
Paypal are not a secure way to purchase. When things go wrong they are absolutely useless. I won't be using them anymore. You get better protection using a credit card or your own bank.
Awful company, lazy incompetent employees. Someone turned up today to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He didn't even check the pipework before asking me to turn on my washing machine. When I pointed out the actual fault to him he pulled out a roll of plumbing tape. The pipes under my sink are over 30 years old so I told him I wanted them replaced. He refused, taped up the leak ran a rinse cycle on my washing machine and left. This is what constitutes a repair with this awful firm. I wish Peabody would find better contractors.
Terrible Customer Service! I have been a customer for years. My machine is getting old and starting to fail. I tried to upgrade today and was basically told I have to wait until August. The reason? We started a new filter subscription without your knowledge or agreement and you must now finish paying for it, even though you didn't agree to it, and it's pointless because the machine doesn't work properly anyway. This is how customers are treated. I would recommend you avoid this scam at all costs!

Shopping the site is very straightforward. Delivery times are fast and the brushes always arrive well packaged. The brushes themselves are beautiful!! I own a lot of brushes from various brands and Rephr is 100% my most used.
Don't waste your time or money on this Awful outdated horrendous excuse of a store. Ordered 3 Marc Jacobs Highliners on June 1st. One arrived damaged. Called customer service who asked me to send them pictures which I did. Waited a couple of days but no response so called again. This time I'm told I needed to return the item for them to examine. Returned the item and again heard nothing. Called again today June 14th and was told by Freya that they HAD received the item back but that I still needed to send them proof of return?? All I wanted was my item replaced, they are acting like I'm trying to scam them. Awful Customer Service I will NEVER use this company again!
Do not be fooled by all the 5 Star reviews!! This company offers you the chance to win 50% of your purchase back if you submit a review then and there. I would urge Trustpilot to look into this as a matter of urgency. My ordering process went smoothly enough and the order acknowledgement receipt I received stated estimated last day for dispatch 21/12/18. However, I received an update late last night stating there was a delay from the manufacturer and I have a new "estimated" date of the 11/01/19. This company has NO I repeat No customer service number. It does have a phone number with an automated message directing you to their website. If you take a look at their FB page there are no customer comments or posts. I am now left with no product and the prospect of dealing with a rather shady company trying to get a refund. I am lucky enough though to be in the position that I am able to purchase the item from elsewhere without having to wait for the refund first. Before ordering from this company ask yourself are you? I would strongly advise anyone wanting to order from this company to read the bad reviews first! I really wish I had!!

This company is not to be confused with urbantennis.org.uk. I was looking for some discontinued Gant glasses when I came across this company. I placed an order and received an email confirmation. This was on 21/09/15. After receiving no more information on the order I tried to log in with my account details but was constantly told they were not recognised. I tried to create a new account and was then told my details were already in use? I checked my receipt again and found I had been charged more than I was originally billed. I emailed the company asking for an update, nothing! So today I get a package in the post from China. I open it and discover 2 pairs of VERY cheap plastic counterfeit Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses. It gets better though, these SUNGLASSES have clear not tinted lenses. This site is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs, I just wish I had.
I can't recommend this company enough. Ordered on Monday free p&p, received items on the Thurday along with a lovely free gift and 10% off my next order. Great shopping experience.
