I'm using FloraPrima for past 8 years and everything worked fine, delivery on time, it was a great service, until it wasn't.

They don't bother to deliver the…

They don't bother to deliver the parcels despite the address being very easy to find and despite someone being permanently at home.

I have purchased from the company sending the parcel with useless DPD for past 8 years and never had any issue, orders were delivered on time.
Unfortunately, this collaboration with will stop and we will not order from them due to DPD not delivering the parcels.
If I could give DPD zero stars, I'd gladly do!

Never Use GLS If Possible!!!!

I would advise anyone to choose a different company if possible.
Nearly everyday for past 3 weeks (I know, long time to receive a parcel from Spain) I'm receiving an email saying my parcel is out for deliver only for it to be returned to the parcel centre a few hours later under
the pretext "the consignee was absent".
Emailed after this happening twice, case #00386191 was created but never received a response.
I called after their customer service and after waiting 65 minutes got through but reached a machine saying "blah, blah, blah, all our agents are busy, please call us back later" and hung up on me.
I did not receive the parcel, it is always scanned at the warehouse but it never leaves.
Emailed them again and forwarded my phone number, full address and dtailed directions (not that the address is hard to find, just to be on the safe side), most likely won't deliver.
A joke of a company run by cowboys!

Very poor service

Placed an order online to collect in local shop as the shoes were listed as in stock.
Called the shop which declined collection due to "the order was place with our warehouse in Mayo and it'll take 5 working days to be ready".
That's what I call poor service. I'll make sure will not buy from this company again.

Real Con Artists

If I could give zero stars I would!
Ordered a bike part from this crowd which was marked as available and ready to be dispatched on 01/05/24.
Shortly after placing my order they set a (what I believe) fake tracking number with status "label has been printed" which never changed in 2 weeks.
When asked why the part was not shipped out they said we are contacting the dealer which sells the part to check. They kept coming back with all sorts of excuses when in reality they did not had the part in stock.
Had to open paypal claim after countless emails trying to get a refund and thanks to PayPal got a refund.
Avoid these scammers and don't let them waste your time or get your hard earned cash.

This company is an absolute joke!

If I could leave zero stars, I would, this company does not deserve any.

Waited a month and half and the order did not arrived.

Communication is very poor.

Hopefully no one else will have to put up with such unprofessional service.
Never again.

It used to be a great shopping experience.

Ordered a chain kit and pair of gloves which according to Xlmoto was in stock.
Turned out was out of stock and waited more than two weeks for it to be delivered.
Returned the gloves as they won't fit (apparently "free return" 🙄) requesting a refund which reched my account a week later.
Got charged 10€ restocking fees.

I would never use Fastway!

In a different occasion the courier admitted he delivered my parcel to someone else
Promises to find it and delivered to me next day, never did
Called the courier which told me to call customer service
It was sellers choice to send via Fastway, if it was up to me I would never use Fastway as their services are useless
