Absolutely avoid.

Avoid ordering anything from this company. Ordered a bunch of tulips for my mother's 95th jubilee, delivered to her care home and paid for the GUARANTEED delivery on a chosen day. Turned out, all their guarantees mean absolutely nothing; customers should beware the empty promises they advertise. All you receive for your money is a DHL Express message that they attempted to deliver your order, failed, and relocated your order to their warehouse where someone is supposed now to collect it. Who should collect the flowers sent to a care home though - nurses who are extremely busy with their patients 24/7? My mother who is 95, cannot move without assistance, and suffers from dementia? Is she supposed to collect her birthday present? According to the clarifications from FloraPrima she must brave her condition, take her ID, march to the post office, and collect her flowers - or arrange a power of attorney for someone else to do all that. When I point out to FloraPrima that according to their own Terms and Conditions they must fully reimburse me for the failed GUARANTEED (!) delivery their customer service simply responds that they cannot do that. To review this company one needs a negative star system. Although thanks to companies like DHL and DPD postal delivery of orders in Germany increasingly looks like a nationwide problem in my experience some other flower delivery companies do reimburse their customers immediately after a failed delivery. This company does not. Avoid.
PS: re the reply below. How could the flowers be "delivered as desired" when I ordered the GUARANTEED delivery on the 10th of January 2026 and you delivered the bouquet 11 days later and only dispatched the substitute order immediately after I had posted this review? Why had I to pay extra for that failed GUARANTEED delivery? Why did you refuse to refund me even that extra payment?

They still haven't delivered my order…

They still haven't delivered my order by the promised date, and since the special occasion has passed, it's become meaningless, and customer service has never been helpful.

Avoid this company

My experience with Flora Prima was horrible. Like many, I wish I checked the reviews before making my order because my experience was similar to many here.

I ordered flowers for an occasion via standard delivery. The flowers were rotting and 2 days late (total of 5 days from shipping to delivery). I requested a refund, the event was long past and I did not want a repeat of what happened. They refused and offered a replacement instead but I insisted on a refund.

When that didn’t work I raised a PayPal dispute and got refunded via PayPal Buyers Protection. You would think that would be the end of the drama but that was only the beginning. Like others here, they sent me a demand to pay to their bank account and the amount for the original order PLUS arbitrary „fees“ that were close to the value of the flowers. Not only does a PayPal dispute ruled in your favor, they will penalize you for winning it. They also threaten handing your information over to debt collectors if you don’t pay.

I consulted who I needed to consult and per their advice, made the payment. (This is not legal advice, do your own research.) After the 2nd payment I demanded replacement flowers and they were objectively below average. These were delivered the next day so the dullness cannot be blamed on shipping.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company. I lost a lot of time in the back and forth and money in so called „fees“. I have seen the company ask reviewers here to email them after a bad review, don’t bother. That is the same email I wrote to and complained multiple times and nothing came out of it.

Disappointing

I was supposed to receive the flowers on my birthday, but not only did they arrive three days late (despite the company claiming a 95% chance of delivery on the planned date) — they also arrived in terrible condition. The bouquet looked nothing like the photo: it was much smaller, the flowers were wilted, the leaves drooping, and several stems didn’t even have flowers on them, as if they had been cut off and left there to make it look fuller. The customer service was extremely poor, and what was meant to be a thoughtful and joyful surprise turned into a huge disappointment — both for me as the recipient (having to reorganize my days to receive the flowers without any clear communication about the actual delivery date or time), and for my parents, who ordered them with so much love and good intention. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

Worst delivery service ever!

Worst delivery service ever. They gave the flowers to DHL on Thursday at 9am, and DHL finally got around to delivering to a close-by suburb of Berlin on Monday evening. Their 7-day “freshness guarantee” is complete BS when you need to subtract 4 days because the flowers sat in the delivery depot. I’ve never seen such awful flower delivery. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Disappointing is overstatement

Disappointing is overstatement. 1 star is too much. If anything i’d like to sue you guys for being such pathetic service. You were super quick to respond on info@floraprima when you wanted payment. But on the date of delivery (birthday cake) you didnt respond to any of my 6 emails.

Cheaters, shut down your shop at least . And yes refund my money.

Update: Please dont make false claim, firstly, i received the confirmation from your agent that payment copy is received and the order will be sent shortly.

Secondly, you are responding to me after i reach trustpilot, and did not reposnd at all on the numerous emails on requested date of delivery.

Please dont use false excuses and accept your negligence and shameful service for such a delivery critical business

Update 2: now you wrongly entered address and claiming that the shipment failed. However i have proof receipt that my given address was correct and instead you guys shipped it wrong.

Never ever order from FloraPrima

I had a very disappointing experience with FloraPrima.
I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday in Luxembourg and explicitly selected October 1st as the delivery date, which FloraPrima confirmed in writing. The flowers were meant as a birthday surprise, and I even ordered a card with it.

However, the flowers were delivered five days later (on October 6th), in poor and partly dried condition. The tracking shows no delay — the company simply sent the parcel too late to ever reach the destination on time.

FloraPrima refused to take responsibility and offered only a 6€ voucher as “apology.” Later, they claimed the delivery was “within standard timeframe,” ignoring that a confirmed delivery date is a contractual agreement.

This experience completely ruined the surprise and purpose of my order. I would not recommend FloraPrima if you need your flowers to arrive on a specific date or for an important occasion.

Do not order!!!

I warn you against ordering from this company. I ordered for the first and last time. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews beforehand. After finalizing the transaction, I discovered that the flowers are delivered by DHL courier, packed in a box. They can left it in a parcel locker for personal pick up. Delivery is delayed for to 2-3 days or even weeks. I ordered flowers for a funeral, with delivery one day before the ceremony. I ordered them to my cousin's private address, but the flowers arrived late in the damaged packaging. The cousin who was supposed to receive the flowers wasn't home; he was at the reception after his father's funeral. They tried to give the flowers to neighbors, who refused to take it. I regret trusting this company. Also, from the description on their website, you might understand that they work with local florists, and the flowers are fresh and carefully selected for the order. You might also think that delivery is handled by a local florist, their employee, or a local courier. No, it's DHL, a nationwide courier, which has a poor reputation. I've used online florist services several times, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this. The flowers I ordered by another companies always arrived on time, even ahead of schedule, and on the chosen date. It's like ordering a birthday cake that would be delivered after the birthday party is over and all the guests have gone home. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad service order flower for my…

Very bad service order flower for my dad birthday flowers arrived two days later I ordered flowers and chocolates from FloraPrima for a special occasion, expecting them to arrive on the promised date. Instead, the delivery was two days late, completely missing the occasion. When they finally arrived, the flowers were already wilting and the chocolates had melted – unacceptable for a company that claims to provide fresh, high-quality gifts.

I contacted customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will not be ordering from FloraPrima again. I recommend others look elsewhere if they want their gifts delivered fresh and on time.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service, matter of fact flowers were handed over to station were they died in summer heat as apparently nobody at home, which was wrong information from courier service. Payment was not effected as services not fulfilled. Recommend to avoid repayments.

Scam-level service

Scam-level service. Once they take your money, they disappear. Communication becomes nearly impossible — slow, dismissive, or nonexistent. We paid for the most expensive express delivery, were promised everything would arrive on time — and got nothing. No delivery, no refund, no accountability.

Dishonest, unreliable, and completely unprofessional.
Stay far away from this company — it’s a disgrace.

Flowers were ordered 3 weeks in advance for a birthday - collected a day before and delivered 3 days after the requested date
The roses were already gone - hanging bulbs and the leafs had fallen off

Unreliable without giving refund!

I ordered flowers for a birthday of a friend, they arrived two weeks delayed, of course they were already withered. After that I wanted my money back, but they only insisted that I should accept a replacement delivery instead. I explained three times that I have no use of a replacement delivery and that I want my money back (that's the least they can do after I had no birthday gift), but they didn't react. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, because the service is bad and you have to fight to get your money back. Never again!

Multiple failed deliveries

I give one because I can't give less.
Missing delivery for a special occasion on a normal working day ( for the third time in 6 months). I got an answer from the service 3 days later saying that the delivery was failed. Thank you for nothing! Don't waste your money with these incompetent!!

Beyond standards

If I could, I'd give it a zero. Flowers and chocolates were ordered on March 31 to be delivered on April 4. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise. And it was for all the wrong reasons. Delivery did not take place even though the recipient was at home, and no note was left in the mailbox. Based on email exchange, FloraPrima states that they are 'bound' to trust their delivery service and that there will be no refund. In other words, they don't trust their customers. In short, they advised me (I live in another country) to pick up the package myself with ID in the next seven days. The recipient can't pick them up because he works. I don't even want to speculate about the state of tulips boxed for at least five days. But FP graciously offered a voucher for the next purchase. Simply no.
