Pot luck service

Some staff at this branch are great, but sadly depending who you get pricing the kitchens you don’t get reply on price after spending precious time providing products lists for quotes. If staff can’t be bothered or too busy to quote then might be beneficial to start offering a basic price list and offer the trade discounts accordingly!

Great product, wonderful customer service

Great product, wonderful customer service.
Used these pots and pans for over 30 years, never had to replace any.
Added to collection with large fryer that after a while just started to catch in the centre. Raised issue with Le Cresuet and they guided as to which oil could have caused the issue but also kindly sent replacement pan.
Wasn’t expecting that!
