Chinese low quality which sells for £12 on Temu. Avoid at all cost. Cannot send it back due to not allowing Lithium batteries to be posted. Will not get to dispatcher.

It is a scam. Not a UK company. Send a small package to Royal Mail with no address and royal mail destroys it. Bank has confirmed that it is a scam. Avoid these scammers.
Very friendly and efficient gentleman. Was helpful. He was at mine that evening and still had two jobs to complete but was still friendly. The working hours are far too long but battery on car.

Tried to buy Nike Airforce One size 8. Order showed as failed due to size not in stock. Then ordered a size 8.5 and paid. Noticed day later that both orders are taken from bank even though it showed as unsuccessful on size 8. Tried to cancel one order but ignored. got two pairs of same shoes in 8 and 8.5 and very upset as this is a waste of £136. They do not care. Just sales. No customer service.

We bought two sofa's in leather for our formal lounge. Barely used as there is no TV. One sofa frame broke where the foot is attached. Company has no interest in repairing as after 12 months. Usage out of sofa about 2 weeks to a month. The product is clearly not durable. I assume that the frames are from cheapest wood. Only time used is for visitors. Avoid company as no backup service.

Your sofa only comes with a 12 months manufactures guarantee as with most other retailers.
Bought a vehicle from Ford with less than 15000 miles and 14 plate. The vehicles radio screen went blank within 2 months of taking the vehicle. 2 months, numerous phone calls and multiple visits later they want to replace it with a second hand part. This cannot be Ford warranted part or normal Ford service? Witnessed service advisor shouting at another customer who complained whilst in waiting room. Seems normal behaviour for this company. Cannot get through on phone. They never call back. First and last Ford. Avoid.
