The 3 stars is only for the consultant at the Cardiff hospital who was excellent and booked by me as an LPA for patient.
There are not 5 because administratively it was a very poor experience. After three emails (no response at all) and a phone call (ending in an affirmative) to request the report for a consultation exactly 3 months ago nothing has been received. There was no doctors referral and consultation paid for directly so why no report to the payer?

Beware - possible migraine alert. Edinburgh store buying jeans for husband. Awful spot lights and triggered an immediate flashing light aura in me as I lifted my eyes in the store to scan the area. Not generally sucesptible but immediately one of the lights (spots) sent a trigger Sales person got me water but not reported. Asked person on main floor to speak to manager. No manager bothered and original person came back and asked what the problem was. I explained. She said it had been reported before but didn’t know if anything had been done because it was higher up. At my insistence she took my name and number as notification she would report. Unimpressed someone in authority doesn’t care enough to protect their customers. My day ruined now so if you are migraine susceptible it’s my opinion (and I’m not medical) that you think twice.
To add I made a formal complaint but there is ‘nothing wrong with the lights as they don’t flicker, they are just bright’. Yes, too bright!

How utterly embarrassing is this organisation? Who does their IT and communications. Absolutely shocking! I wonder if it’s in the hope you’ll just give up. I mean…..how do you get your pension? Nothing works on the system. Anyone any idea? How do they get away with it? Date of experience may say 6/9 but it’s been months!

Sent same day/out of date food in an order. Disgusting!
In addition went to phone their complaint number (apparently update 02/09/24) and it doesn’t connect. However, I did call an 0345 Morrisons number and got a helpful person who explained nothing to do with them as I ordered through deliveroo and they then gave me a number to follow up with deliveroo. Sh’n’t be using that service again but amused Morrisons just blame deliveroo who refunded the expiry food amount. However now the pensioner I’m ordering for has no fresh food and I’m not doing a small order again. Morrisons must give Deliveroo the expiring food then they leave deliveroo to sort it out? Too much hassle.

Review of No1 Lounges
Gatwick. Made a booking erroneously at North instead of South. Tried to cancel North under ‘manage booking’ but only allows you to change date/time. Emailed you as advised to request booking fee refund. Made separate South booking. Was sent automated reply stating I can cancel by clicking a link taking me back to ‘manage booking’ which states date and time changes only. Emailed again and explained but haven’t heard from you so I’ve paid booking twice for the privilege of a very mediocre experience at your lounge. Waiting to hear. Tried to cancel on 2nd, visit on 3rd

Shocking contempt for their customers. Insulting and do everything in their power to stop you cancelling. You, Virgin Media are a disgrace to Branson’s ‘company’ name. You ought to be embarrassed but I don’t think you care enough.
And…you’ve replied. Classic response in giving your contact details. That's the point. I have been on what’s app for four days awaiting the agent who will deal with me after the inquisition from your VA. Nothing happens (sometimes overnight) and eventually you come back .. or your VA does and asks the same questions and … then it happens again …. And on it goes. And tell me Virgin Media…. how long does it take you to answer 150? If you don’t have family members to take shifts then you’re having to give up a day to get through…or is it more???

Really don’t know how TT2 continues to get away with such a shocking service then fines you (or as they like to describe it - a penalty). My recent stressful experience in trying to pay leaves me determined never to use the tunnel again. App doesn’t accept payment, online pay after doesn’t work, phone in…I suggest TT2 gets more sophisticated voice recognition. Embarrassing. Having toured Europe through toll gates for weeks with not one hold up I just wonder why? Utter stress!

Had 3rd Amazon parcel this week delivered but by Royal Mail. Info given clearly states leave with neighbour and first two packages safely left at neighbours by other delivery companies. Royal Mail simply said on email I wasn’t in and left me to re-arrange. Fine. I can do that so I called and it then asked me to speak the ref. I did. Then Ms Automation tells me I must enter a reference, I try again and Ms Automation tells they can’t help without a reference and they hang up. Waste of my time a call money!

Trying to go on website for household. How hard is it??Using search to find the accessories I need eg blankets. Chucks up a quick page of throws then disappears into kids pyjamas or food. Tried other household combos..no, that didn't work either. Worst online store 'search' I've ever tried to access!

I sympathize that there is not enough staff to execute booked flu jabs but, as you have people’s contact details, a cancellation email is only common courtesy. Clearly too much for an automated response to everyone who booked with you. Clearly no consideration of the costs of transport to your venues let alone time. Poor show Lloyds!

Awesome two week camper van holiday round NC500. From start to finish we were dealt with in a most professional and friendly way. Quality of camper van and facilities were as impeccable as was the service provided by all personnel. Bookings were easy and well administered; queries were answered promptly and efficiently. Certainly got the feeling that if anything at all went wrong on the trip we would be well-supported. Thankfully no such requirement needed. A really great holiday and we will be booking up again soon and recommending to anyone willing to listen to our camper tales. Thank you all at Roseisle!
