Had the missfortune to return from holiday to Birmingham and find my car would not start.
RAQ the Maple M&G Manager was extremely helpful and even made us a cup of coffee whilst we were waiting for the RAC man. It was a terrible day, very bad rain but he organised everything even phoning to make sure we had got home safely.

No more or less than I expected. My order was waiting for me on arrival as it should haver been. The lady on the till was quick and efficient and asked me if i wanted a hand putting it in the car.

I would give zero if possible….. Sage could not supply the spare part I needed for my two year old tea maker and expected me to buy a new one. I have bought a new one but from someone else.
UPDATE.......Sage replied to this on 10th June apologising and saying that their customer services would get back to me !!!.......well 26th June and still waiting ....... I am not holding my breath !!!!!!!

Good job done on time. The work was completed in a day and my conservatory was left clean and tidy. The fitters arrived at 08.45 worked right through the lunchtime and finished at 19.00hrs. Can't ask more than that.

My wife and I visited your Exeter High St. Branch this morning…We bought two jackets and I would like to express my thanks to Eli & Gayle for their excellent service. I think if it wasn’t for them I might well have gone home and bought online but they went out of their way to make our shop such a pleasant experience.

Did not have the size of tray I required (1500 x 800) which is not an uncommon size.

Terrible service....Ordered on the 16th today is the 24th have heard nothing from Pharmacy2U.
Tried to look online at order details....keep getting server error 500 !!
Tried to check order by automated phone option 1....not working !!
Tried to speak to operator...20th in Q gave up at position 16 eleven minutes later. !!
Have now emailed them and awaiting reply.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Have bought from Dabs before and always had good service...this time was no different....they were offering the best price I could find on the net and the goods arrived exactly on time. This is one firm you can trust.
