I can confirm that this piece of furniture is designed for outdoor use, but it needs to be protected and stored in a dry place, as recommended on our website. The guarantee could not be applied as the damage to the wood was due to inappropriate storage.
Although we cannot advise you on the advanced damage to the wood, we do recommend that you seek professional advice from a carpenter or joiner.
