Good and bad

Evri is good most the time. They deliver most your parcel and most parcels are also collected as arranged. However,!!! When things go wrong then the customer service is sooo poor!! You only get and automated machine repeating itself - no actual human to speak to. This is so frustrating and more often than not your problem is not dealt with. I’ve had a few parcels go missing and I’ve filed a missing parcel request but all I get is ‘contact the seller and they will refund you’ I AM THE SELLER AND YOU LOST MY PARCEL AND IVE HAD TO REFUND THE BUYER AND IVE BEEN LEFT OUT OF POCKET!!

Thought I’d give it 2 stars for all the parcel it has delivered and collected on time.

Good quality and communication

Ordered bifold doors. Delivery was exactly at 5 weeks on the dot! The doors are of good quality and my builder fitted them with no problems at all. So far so good and would definitely recommend. The price was the best I could get :)

Octopus has been nothing but great

Octopus has been nothing but great. Lots of dedicated people willing to help.

Only downside is that when I tried to switch energy providers, I spoke to three different people whom all told me different things regarding my economy 10 electricity. I got there in the end and could swap energy suppliers as my previous one was dreadful.

SCAM COMPANY

I ordered a wooden gym ladder after a week of no updates I contacted the company via email 4 days later and no response so I contacted on Instagram as their phone number does not work. Had an automatic message to say they’d get back to me within 48 hours. 2 weeks later and no word from them. Eventually my order got cancelled after various requests for them to cancel it after I had read the reviews. DO NOT used this company- it’s a SCAM

Will not be ordering from this compony again!

Awful service. The First order I placed was great- fast delivery and great communication. However the second order let me down completely! I ordered £600 worth of polythene bags thinking I was going to get the same bags as I received the first time, as advertised on their website and sent to me as marketing. The bags I received are nowhere near the quality as the previous ones. What is more, each bag has the logo of the company printed on them. Am I supposed to send my products advertising someone else's business.. I do not know what to do with these bags as I cannot use them and the company will not take them back. Their excuse was that the company uses different manufacturers therefore the styles vary. You should not advertise certain bags then if that's the case. I'm very disappointed in this company. My advise would be to ring before placing an order to find out what bags you will receive to avoid disappointment!
