Great booking options as always.

Have used Hoseasons many times over the past 15yrs. Easy website to use, multiple payment options available to me with a variety deposit options too. A great variety of properties were available to me for the October half term at the time of booking with a new year's discount added too. Looking forward to my family trip!

The product has been good for the…

The product has been good for the husky. He has a sensitive stomach so the dry kibble food that they have created is good.
The initial costs/prices at the start were good value for money too. But over time the price crept up slightly. Before going up 25% overnight. It's a shame that 'new' customers feel the price benefits, yet existing customers always fall foul of the price increases.

However, I’m sorry to hear how disappointing the recent price increase felt. We never want long-standing customers to feel overlooked, and I understand how frustrating it can be when prices change over time. The cost of each dog’s food is based on the ingredients in their individual recipe. Like many others across the pet food industry, we’ve seen rises in ingredient and packaging costs recently, which have unfortunately affected some of our prices. Increases are only made when necessary to maintain the quality of ingredients, nutritional standards, and delivery, but we do appreciate how significant this can feel.

We can sometimes make small tweaks to recipes to help reduce costs, but as your dog’s profile includes a few exclusions, we aren’t able to adjust this recipe right now. If anything changes in future and you’re happy to remove those exclusions, just let us know, as we’d love to take another look and see where we can help.

Product is good, but heavy price hike

Product is good. But the recent large price hike is difficult to digest. Approx 25% increase in price feels extremely heavy....disappointing.

The cost of our recipes reflects the quality of ingredients and the tailored nutrition we provide for each dog. Like many others in the pet food industry, we’ve faced rising ingredient and packaging costs, which unfortunately have affected some of our prices. We always work hard to keep any increases as small as possible and only adjust prices when it’s necessary to maintain the high standard of our food.

One of the great things about tailored nutrition is that we can offer lots of flexibility. Depending on your dog's profile, we may be able to tweak the blend and explore alternative recipes that still meet their nutritional needs but help bring the cost down.

The product is good, but recent large price increase is a shame

The product is good, no issues for the dog and has balanced his digestive system well.
Downside - the recent price hike was quite a surprise, we arent just talking about a pound or two - this was disappointing. I have spoken with them, they offered me a 'good will gesture' but this is for the short term. His food saw an increase of approx 20%, felt this was quite high.

I completely understand your disappointment around the recent price increase. Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard to absorb rising costs in ingredients and materials for as long as possible. But there are some things we won’t compromise on, like sourcing responsibly and working with ethical suppliers, so we’ve had to make some careful changes to keep delivering the standard of nutrition and care we believe in.

The price you pay is based on the ingredients in your dog’s unique recipe, and due to the exclusions listed on their profile, we’re a little more limited in offering an alternative blend right now. That said, we want to do everything we can to support you, especially with the rising cost of living, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to chat this through further. I ordered the wrong item

I ordered the wrong item, its taken 2wks from first contact regarding the item to receiving the refund......quick enough to take the money in the first place. Postage is expensive and doesn't include any return postage.
Would use again but with caution.

Im sorry but Interparcel have been…

Im sorry but Interparcel have been useless. Via them arranged for Tuffnels to courier a parcel from Worcestershire to Middlesbrough. Date, day, time arranged. Somebody waited in all day for them to come collect, the classic time slot of 9am to 5pm . No show. Spent a further 30mins on the phone trying to understand why they hadnt turned up having already paid £40 for the privledge of sitting in my own house all day. I asked if i would be compensated for this and was promtly told 'no' as id selected the 'economy' service therefore there is nothing that Interparcel were willing to do other than rebook. They did suggest leaving the large expensive parcel on the frontage of my house for Tuffnels incase they came round late or another day, again no guarantee. So a big thank you to Interparcel and Tuffnels for wasting my day, taking my money and providing no service.

Items great, dropped a star for delivery issues.

Items are great but given 4 stars as the delivery process was a little confusing. Items arrived separately via different couriers. The invoice and order/dispatched email did not represent this, hence the confusion when only 1 item arrived but follow up emails confirmed all items delivered. Despite this - we will be ordering from them again! Thank you.

Value VS size VS quality.

This for us was a size exercise. There will be better quality rugs out there in this size but not at this price. With little kids and dogs it suits our needs and would buy from them again. Great value, fast delivery, would buy again......!!

Excellent, honest, trustworthy

Purchased a vehicle from Duncan at Motors For You in Nottingham in July 2020. A great buying experience, fully customer orientated, nothing was too much effort. He kept me in the loop throughout and stuck to his word. He offered further photos and information outside of the original advert when requested. It felt like a very safe transaction, honest and trustworthy. His attention to detail throughout was well received. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again and have already recommended to family and friends. The right vehicles at the right price. He also adheres very well to Covid ruling and again this adds to the security of the transaction. Thank you Duncan.........but dont say he looks like a famous cricketer - 'Beefy' :-)

Damage resolved.

The item I ordered arrived damaged, with a broken part. This meant it was not working. I contacted Toolstop, they resolved this issue within a week. Disappointed that it arrived broken, pleased it was resolved.

Pointless refund.

Item never arrived within specified time frame, despite paying extra for 1st class. When questioned, I was sent a refund - however it was for £1 only, this certainly did not cover my outlay for a swift postage. I have since questioned my massive refund, it was forwarded to the powers that be, but my customer satisfaction is not their concern as have heard nothing since.
