I have been using 4K downloader for a few years. It is usually very stable and reliable. Recently it had stopped working with an error message saying "failed to download". After the usual processes from the FAQ failed to resolve the problem, I contacted their support team. Their response was very prompt and the issue was sorted within 24 hours.

It was a pleasure to visit Vietnam and Cambodia with Fine Asian Escapes. Ms Trang Nguyen arranged our itinerary to perfection down to the finest detail. Right from the day we planned our vacation to the day we departed, she maintained regular and frequent contact, answering every question very promptly. Every detail of our itinerary was immaculately planned - internal flights, transfers, visits and activities. We travelled from Hanoi to Hue and Hoi An, then onwards to Ho Chi Minh City and finally to Seam Reap in Cambodia. Every hotel we stayed in was excellent in every respect, and the breakfasts were simply to die for- catering to every taste. The inclusive lunches were carefully planned so that we could sample the best of Vietnamese food. If you wanted suggestions for the best places for Banh Mi or Com Ga, you only had to ask her- and she would even give you directions how to get there!
When our original plan for an overnight cruise in Halong Bay was postponed because of Tropical Storm Matmo, she arranged a every enjoyable cooking class as an alternative, and the cruise was rearranged to fit into our busy itinerary. The guides were knowledgeable and fun to be with - and some were exceptional, especially Lan Hue at Hue and Seng Kompheak at Angkor Wat.
In conclusion we had an excellent, thoroughly enjoyable and totally worry-free vacation thanks to Fine Asian Escapes. Unfortunately Trustpilot does not permit any rating above 5 stars, - but Fine Asian Escapes certainly deserves at least 7!

The delivery date was missed. On enquiry, I was told that it could take between 1 or 2 days after date of scheduled delivery. Flowers were sent by Royal Mail and were wilted on receipt.

Though we appreciate Sir Alastair Cook and Steven Finn's expert comments could we see that their commentaries do not interrupt thr run of play ? The 'voice overs' are very off putting.

I am in the process of selling my photographic equipment. I found Wex Photo Video to be simply excellent. From providing a fair quotation to receiving cash in my account, the process was smooth. The quotation was fair, and the operatives I dealt with on email and phone, were knowledgeable, patient, professional and above all extremely helpful.

The billing statements are very difficult to understand. It could be simplified by leaving out the government subsidies, which of course will, disappear from now on.
Instead of monthly direct debits, we should be charged quarterly for the exact amount owed, as we did before.
