I understand that you have contacted us regarding this however it took longer to respond to you than expected. I can confirm that it is taking us longer to answer emails as well as the phone due to the high contact volumes which we are receiving. However, our customer care team are working hard to assist as many customers as they can.

We aim to address those queries that have been the longest in waiting for a response. As such, the best way to ensure we reach your ticket as quickly as possible is to refrain from sending any follow up emails as this would send your ticket to the back of the queue as the system counts it as “updated”. We are also implementing new processes to enable the customer care team to be able to assist customers more efficiently.

I can assure you that I will look into this so I can assist in starting to resolve this with you. Our customer care team will then take over if needed so we can reach a satisfactory resolution as swiftly as possible. We hope this gets resolved for you quickly and that despite this you will consider shopping with the Range in the future.
