Visited the Cambridge store for school shoes fitting. Our fitter Dana was great. Very friendly and helpful and good advice.

Very poor packaging, arrived completely crushed, not worth the money considering top end of budget. Meant to be a gift don't think can gift it like it is. Was expecting more really. Waiting to here regarding refund/ returns so we shall see how good customer service is.

When searching for Easter products on a few options showed. So I thought you had run out of Easter eggs. Ordered something different, bit disappointing but easy ordering process and good quality products. Recipient will enjoy anyway I'm sure.

Bought these for my mum, she says they are a great fit, supportive and very comfy. She's very pleased.

I was pleased with the ease of use of the website and delivery time. I was a bit disappointed because I'd ordered a mix case under the impression that it would be a mixture of cans and bottles but it only contained cans. But my husband very happy with his anniversary gift and the beers look nice.

Really happy with the worktops (standard oak), look really nice and arrived next day. Delivery drivers very good and friendly. Had one issue where the accessory pack had not been put on the van, but customer services rang straight away to apologise and sort it out before we had even noticed that we hadn't received them. We got the pack the next day so all was fine.

Hello, I ordered a new battery with Halfords through click and collect online. I put in my car registration number and it told me which battery to get. But It was wrong when I went to the store and they tried fitting it!

Also click and collect in store - large queue, and then had to go and pay at another till, if I had picked it up from the shelf it would have been a lot quicker and maybe I would have been given the correct one.

Having said that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to fit the battery and really great with everything.
