Dimitar rescued our vehicle today. First class. He spent time reviewing the wiring system across the vehicle (2week old petrol hybrid vehicle with 87 miles on the clock) and after significant effort identified loose wiring which was repaired and car running well. Highly recommend and appreciate such thorough service.

Be wary. I could kick myself for not looking at the reviews for this company before purchasing. I also can’t remember ever leaving a 1star review for any company. Our experience was based on neither of the products we purchased working, despite being pricey. Both faulty. When lights arrived a box had been opened with missing parts. They don’t answer the phone, their Chat facility doesn’t work and whilst via email they “eventually” acknowledged their responsibilities and sent a returns label, they then didn’t communicate at all. Had to make a credit card chargeback claim to obtain refund - no push back from credit card provider as had kept copies of everything so please ensure if you do ignore this review, that you pay be credit card if over £100 and retain all correspondence and proof of your actions to attempt to resolve as will be the only way I suspect you will receive a refund despite your statutory rights.

Great communication and delivered quickly

Frankly we can't fault in any way. Well priced, well packaged and delivered when expected. Also the online guidance provided by Carpet runners made fitting the runner a simple process for my wife and I.
