Loving the blender so far, it's powerful and not at all cumbersome, slotting easily into my cupboards. The fact that it is a glass, dishwasher safe jug makes it very convenient, other blenders I've had needed hand washing, way too much hassle!
The lifetime guarantee made it a sure fire deal for me and the very quick delivery was also excellent.

I was unhappy that DPD do not give the option to specify a neighbour or redline if you’re not in, only the option is to leave it in a ‘safe’ location and then to sign taking full responsibility if it gets stolen.
Not good enough.

Rob came early and fixed the problem in about 30 seconds, however he didn't make me feel stupid, instead, he showed me how I might fix the same problem if it occurred again as well as a couple of handy tips to prevent that happening. He also tested the overall performance of the machine to make sure it was running properly for us. He was polite and warm and was in and out within 15 minutes.

I disliked that the price ended up being a full 7 pounds more than it originally said on the checkout page. Shipping, insurance, some kind of duty..all added at the very last moment on my paypal page.. very sneaky, watch out!

My parcel still has not been delivered. Hermes have said that it was delivered and 'received by a gentleman' after initally saying iot was signed for (it wasn't) no name and no description but they have now said twice that the matter is 'resolved' and have suggested I get in touch with the sender, of course, they haven't yet told me who the sender is and as I haven't received the parcel, i have no idea, so that's tricky again.
It's either stolen by the courier or delivered to completely the wrong address, I've checked with near neighbours and no 'gentleman' has received anything.
I will be making sure I don't buy from people who use this carrier from now on as I've heard from others that they 'are the worst' I will make sure retailers know why I'm not using them too.

I bought my insurance based on price. The actual service was towards the end of the day and the person on the other end seemed keen to get home. They sounded slightly irritated with my questions but I just ignored it as I thought they had probably had enough of selling insurance for the day anyway. The value alone was enough to secure my custom, luckily!
