On time, polite. Clean spacious car. Good service.

Terrible. Phone didn't work and the process was dreadful. Never feel you're talking to a human. My refund was less than I paid and I've no idea why. There's no customer service to ask questions. The second product has been OK but there's the odd problem and I dread having to go through their horrendous process again. I'll avoid them now which is a shame. Great idea, dreadful customer service. They take no responsiblity.

The chair looks great but the fabric has a slight shine and looks nylon and the chair is clearly made of some kind of foam, not sprung so whilst I like its look, it's not as good quality as I'd hoped and I'm not sure it will last the distance.
