Unbeatable Quality and Style - The Best Value I've Found! (5 Stars)

I spent quite some time researching leather weekend bags, wanting something that would last a lifetime without having to take out a second mortgage. I can confidently say, this bag is the answer!

From the moment it arrived, the quality was evident. The leather is rich and thick—not that cheap, treated stuff, but beautiful, genuine material that you know will only look better with age and travel. The stitching is flawless, and the hardware (zippers, buckles, and feet) is solid, weighty brass, not flimsy plastic. This bag isn’t just an accessory; it’s an investment piece.

Beyond the luxurious feel, it’s perfectly functional. The interior is spacious enough for a long weekend trip (3-4 days' worth of clothes, shoes, and toiletries).

While the price point is reasonable, compared to bags of similar material and craftsmanship from other luxury brands, this one is an absolute steal. It delivers high-end aesthetic and construction at an incredibly fair price.

Not transparent with charges

Not transparent with charges - do not use this company. They quoted £99 for searches but the actual charge was £398 they also quoted £94 for their charges and actually charged £304. When this was queried they came up with some trumped up calculation which was mixed into the calculation of the conveyancing charges. The Conveyancing firm were also dreadful and did absolutely nothing for the first month which meant in the end our sale did not progress. I would avoid using this broker at all costs.

We are sorry you remain unhappy with the outcome of your complaint. However, your frustration stems from the actions of the appointed firm and not Home Legal Direct. When you complained about the lack of progress on your file four weeks into the transaction, we reached out, and the case handler was switched as per your request.

There was an issue where you believed information was not disclosed to you by the firm fast enough to make an objective decision on whether to proceed with the transaction, and unfortunately, after the point at which searches had been ordered.
Whilst we are sympathetic to your situation, the conveyancers notify us of when they want searches to be ordered and which searches they require. As we are responsible for ordering the searches, we contacted you as soon as possible to get them underway, so as not to cause any delay in your transaction, as they can take several weeks to return.

We make it clear on all transactions that searches are likely to apply when buying with a lender and the full price which is applicable. This is not always the case as some lenders are willing to indemnify the risks and only require partial searches. As such, we include the search, which is recommended for all transactions, and ensure we include the information regarding the additional common searches in email correspondence and during conversations with our sales team.

We appreciate your frustration in this matter, but once searches are ordered, they are non-refundable as work begins immediately, and some searches can come back very quickly. We would suggest you consider selling these to the estate agent who may be able to pass them on to a new prospective buyer.

Do not buy this watch!

Do not buy this watch! It doesnt work!! It is completely missold as a blood pressure monitor watch. There is nothing 'Medical' about it. I bought it in good faith for my partner who suffers from high blood pressure. The readings it gave were almost 60 points below the actual readings he was getting with a blood pressure cuff and from regular visits to the doctor. This watch is totally useless and should be removed by Trading Standards for being missold.

Extremely over long wait time for your…

Extremely over long wait time for your first appointment/consultation left a very bad taste in my mouth...
I made my appointment two months prior to arriving in Turkey. I arrived at the clinic and was told to wait in reception. After about 45mins I went for my 3D xray and then was told it would be another 2 hours before I could have my consultation appointment and to go out to get some lunch. I was a little surprised by this long wait but agreed and went out for some lunch then came back and after two hours asked when my appointment would be to be told it would be another 2 hours. I was completely shocked by this but as I had come all the way to Turkey to get my teeth done I waited, but was very upset by this totally unacceptable experience. After nearly 5 hours I went for my consultation to be told to wait another half an hour to see the dentist. Another two hours later I was called in by the dentist and I got back to my hotel after spending 10 hours at the clinic. It was one of the worst days of my life. So miserable and upsetting.

Good Product Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a Dyson Air Wrap nearly a month ago and have finally received it after having to go to the delivery depot to pick it up. No one gets back to you, I have left numerous voice messages and emails and you just get an automated responses on email and the phone lines go straight to voicemail. I really wouldnt recommend using this company. I think it is a one man band who doesnt give a fig.

Fantastic product, fantastic service!

I ordered the EXO illuminated Icebucket as I have a balcony and thought it would be perfect for sitting out on warm summer evenings and provide some extra light as well as a fun accessory to have with a bottle of fizz.
The icebucket is a good size and I cant wait to use it. All the controls work well so I can change to a specific colour or have flashing colours, either in disco mode or smooth with slow changing colours. Really delighted!

Excellent and polite service

This is well worth booking rather than having to deliver and wait for your tyres to be fitted in the work shop. The technician called before he turned up and then only took 20 minutes to fit 4 tyres. Quick easy and efficient.
