I have been let down on a second purchase from 2 different sellers. Despite sending messages have not had any replies. The second purchase I have been issued an Etsy gift voucher - I do not want a gift voucher I want a refund. Impossible to actually get any proper customer service. Both were gifts for Christmas ordered in plenty of time. Totally let down!
