Excess if no problem you can solve??
Your plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. Yet as there wasn’t a plumbing need in the end, and I now have to go to a heating engineer, I do wonder what the £30 excess paid was for ?

We take the work we do seriously and always strive to offer a first class experience. We do aim to complete all claims, however, on some occasions there are certain things that aren’t covered. I can see that the engineer has advised that this seems to be an issue with the boiler leaking, therefore a heating engineer would be required. I'm sorry that we were unable to offer a repair on this occasion.
