Service is usually excellent but they seem overwhelmed by Christmas demand this year. Had no order confirmation just an email telling me there were items still in my basket. When I checked was told there's a problem with the email system. Then there were two items out of stock that I was able to order. Then I was sent this survey before I received dispatch confirmation. Beer ordered on Sunday not dispatched yet and it's Thursday night.

I ordered some items "sale items" and when I received the confirmation, I noticed that the discounts displayed on the website had not been applied. I was in a rush when I place the order so failed to notice the price increase.
I would not have ordered these items at the full price. I only ordered them on the basis that they were discounted. I used the chat facility on the website to ask why was wasn't getting them at the discounted price and after waiting for 20 minutes was told there was nothing they could do about it. All Items were listed as Sale Items so I reasonably assumed that I wouldn't be expected to have to get something right to buy them at the price at which they were advertised. I asked for an email address to complain to and was given one that did not accept emails. I then filled out a form and got a reply saying the items in the sale were not eligible for a discount and I have to pay the full price for them. Clearly this is wrong. They offered me 20% off my next order which is useless to as I would never give money to someone who has already fleeced me for £45.
I've ordered stuff from them before and had no problems. The service is now managed by an organisation called Fanatics who obviously set out to trick people out of their hard earned.

Review of Hughes
Ordered hob and was unable to inspect on arrival but made sure it was stored safely. Opened box 6 days later to find it smashed to pieces. Hughes refused to replace because it says "damage must be reported within 48 hours" in tiny text at the bottom of the order confirmation. After lengthy negotiations they provided replacement acting like they were doing me a favour. It might not be Hughes' fault that the hob got smashed by the courier but it certainly wasn't mine so I didn't deserve the grief and stress.

Review of Vitality
I've been paying £1k per year. I've tried twice to go through Vitality to get better and faster treatment than NHS. Both times I've had to jump through so many hoops and get my GP to fill out forms etc, that the process was stressful, painful and time consuming. The first time I ended up getting an NHS appointment faster and the second time I paid for a scan myself because I feared for my life while waiting for them to process the paperwork. They make a worrying illness into a form of torture.

Good quick service but the stamp was upside down. What you printed down on the page is the opposite to the copy on the back of the stamp. Everyone at work who uses it get the stamp the wrong way up.

If I'd realised Ringtons were going to charge me £12.95 to deliver 1kg of tea I would never had ordered it. The delivery was nearly as much as the product. I feel violated!
