It was the first time I had used this service but I followed the instructions and took the parcel to my nearest drop off point which was Aldi on Southampton Rd, Portsmouth, according to the instructions from Asos I should go into the shop and there would be someone there to assist , however when I asked the assistant said they did not accept parcels and was not helpful, I queried this with her and eventually she said there was an Amazon cabinet outside and maybe that was what I meant but it was nothing to do with them. I went outside and found the cabinet and with the help of my husband worked out what to do (we are both nearly 80 years old and don't always find these things easy). However the process after this was excellent and I received regular updates until the parcel was received back at Asos. My only complaint is that had I had a real problem there was no one to assist and the staff at Aldi were extremely unhelpful

1 booked to have my oven cleaned on 20th December via the oven support website. I received an email response confirming my booking and saying they would be in touch to confirm timing. I received a phone call on 18 December to say they would be coming on the 20th between 1.00and 4.00pm.
On the day I received a phone call at 2.35pm saying the cleaner was delayed and would not be with me until 5.00pm, although not very convenient I agreed. Five minutes later I got another phone call to say he had a puncture and would not be coming. I was told by Kal that she could not give me another appointment until the end of the month, I said this was not acceptable and needed it doing before Christmas, but she would not accommodate me, I therefore asked for a refund. I then got an email to say that as I had cancelled the refund would have to be by BACS and could take up to 28 days. I had paid the full amount in advance as requested by credit card.
This was appalling customer care and would not recommend this company they are unreliable and unhelpful.

The package arrived quickly with no problems. At first sight the dress was just what I wanted and a guide fit unfortunately I have to agree with several other people The armholes were far too big, I even looked at having it altered to reduce the size of them but it was not an option. Had to return very disappointed
