The Customer Service team are grea

The Customer Service team are kind, friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy talking to them when I phone in an order. I gave up trying to order on line.

Vidaxl don't want your custom…

Vidaxl sell exactly the planters I wanted to buy for 3 fruit trees to celebrate the lives of loved ones who died recently. I spent a whole weekend trying to buy them. I couldn't access my basket to buy them & I couldn't create an account to buy them. Customer Service were useless. I have replied to a flood of emails from them saying that I will never ever buy from them.

Kind & Helpful

Your telephone customer service staff are very kind, very helpful as I find ordering on your website is confusing and they're always willing to chat to an old lady for a minute. The pills arrived very fast, too.

No one rang the bell.

We were at home but the doorbell was not rung. An email told us that a parcel had been delivered to our "safe place" and was in the porch. Neither is correct - a packet containing little plants had been left in the blazing sun on the doorstep (in full view)

Good value

I ordered prescription medication for 2 dogs and was a little confused by the ordering instruction but my vet's were helpful in explaining what I needed to do so they could email Animed the necessary authorisation. I was relieved when the pills arrived 2 days later.as I had none left. Animed's price is so much better than the vet's.

Lovely new glasses

My new glasses look really good and I can see well with them in spite of the fact that fitting them correctly was almost impossible as I was dripping wet from a sudden downpour. The girl who fitted them was very professional and kind and patient with me and I shall be happy to go back to see her and have them adjusted a little

I would give them NO stars

I would give them NO stars. They took my money but never delivered the lamp - pretended that it had been returned to them - but they never even tried to deliver it (Royal Mail don't lie about things like that), I took it up with PayPal which resulted in a stream of emails from BeautifulHalo demanding that I "Close the case" so they can send the lamp. Ha! Ha! Finally PayPal refunded the money so NOW the case can be closed. BH are crooks

We emailed

We emailed, we phoned, we paid up front for the marketing of our house and the For Sale sign appeared outside the next day! Inna Melnyk came 3 days later, took some wonderful (and realistic) photos and put us on Rightmove & Zoopla on Thursday. We had the first viewing on Friday and 3 on Saturday, two 2nd viewings on Monday and an offer of the full asking price straight away. Our buyers saw the For Sale sign and that was it! Thank you so much Inna, your advice was invaluable, & thank you Doorsteps

The evergreen clematis trio looked beautiful - but out of 6 plants, 2 have died and now 2 more are dying. Company policy is to replace dead plants FREE - but they charge £6+ postage. We will NOT be buying from them again

Good price and fast delivery - perfect

This was much the best price I found for Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet and it arrived in 2 days, well packed so nothing was damaged.

Result? One happy and delicious smelling husband on his birthday.
