Excellent and caring customer service

Sonja was so nice when I approached the customer service about another open contract I was in with a competitor. She directed me to a Danish law which stated that my contract with the other company is basically illegal. She helped me get out of that contract by directing me and the competitor to an official press announcement. Super service! I hope that everything goes smooth now that I’m a customer here.

The parcel was damaged and the product…

The parcel was damaged and the product inside was damaged so much it cannot be used..

I'm sorry to hear that your parcel has been damaged. Of course, we always endeavor to deliver your parcel quickly and safely.

You need to report the damage to your sender, within 5 working days of recieving your parcel. Please take picktures of all the outer surfaces of the parcel, as well as the inner protection, and send them to your sender.

Terrible delivery experience and bad quality goods

First, the delivery of our goods was not communicated properly. Even though I chose a specific date when ordering, they sent an email saying it will be delivered earlier. Then I received another email from them in the spam section (luckily I noticed it) that the previous mail was faulty and the goods will be delivered on another date. So we waited again and no delivery happened. Turns out they didn’t want to deliver because one of the goods was not in stock, even though I specifically marked when ordering that I want to receive all the other goods anyways. So I called customer service and they promised another date and that the driver will call 30 minutes before delivery. Driver called when he was already at the address, even though it takes me at least 15 minutes to drive there. And now the goods that were not available back then are delivered by GLS to a completely different city’s package shop. What a mess!!! Terrible experience.
The goods themselves are very bad quality (I’d say Made in China quality) and very overpriced. Sofa is too firm and already creaks and squeaks after few weeks use. Also there was no instruction where to find the sides And legs of the sofa when assembling. Turns out they were under the sofa. The bed we ordered didn’t have all the parts, the lamp’s electrical connection was damaged. Overall, would definitely not recommend this company. After this experience I don’t believe in online shopping anymore.

I think the portal should demand that…

I think the portal should demand that all apartments have pictures, not only Google streetshots. It makes zero sense to me to pay 300dkk just to access a phone number. It is a straight robbery!

I do understand why you wish for pictures on all ads, and we encourage all landlords to highlight their ads with pictures and floor plans. However, not all landlords have photos of the home or have the technical skills to put pictures on the ad. That's why we have made pictures optional. We've found that no images are better than fewer ads.
