Today marks 8 weeks since I ended my contract with ELG. Even with constant reminders I continue receiving the same response "It is being processed". Compared to Energi+ which returned my aconto in less than a week I do not understand what can take so long.

1. Something wrong with this company - as I can see - there's no app & developed platform where you can see your usage per hour and other things.. very poor website actually..
2.MEGA HUGE PRICES for electricity is not normal, average is 20-50 % higher than others..
3. Seems like there is only 2 guys working in this company, service is very poor, short working hours, you can't reach them 🤦🏻♂️
4. Don't trust to any words from their management, it's just waist of time. My advice to find another one instead..
5. So, they finally contacted me 11.09.2025 and agreed that I paid ' dyrt ' abonnement.. and offered another one. It happened when I already found another company and moved there already. - and for sure they closed our deal with another one INCREDIBLY HUGE bill for the rest of the contract..

Thanks for your review - although we must admit we were a little surprised by some of your claims. Just to clear things up:
1.) ✅ Yes, we actually do have an app - it’s available to all our customers completely free, and it shows hour-by-hour electricity prices in real time.
✅ We also have a customer portal, which is sent to you upon sign up, where you can easily access your historical consumption, invoices, and contract info.
We’re sorry you thought our website was poor - if you’d be open to it, we’d genuinely appreciate hearing what you felt was missing or lacking in your user experience, in order for us to improve it for future visitors.
2.) As for pricing: Our rates follow the Danish wholesale electricity market, just like all other variable providers. They’re fully transparent and competitively priced. We're not quite sure what "not normal" refers to, but if you'd like a proper breakdown of how electricity pricing works in Denmark, we’d be happy to explain it.
3.) And no - there’s not “just two guys” running Elg. Behind the scenes, you’ll find a dedicated team of developers, support agents, energy analysts, and customer care professionals - available every weekday by phone or email, ready to help.
4.) We’ve also tried to reach out via Trustpilot for your customer number or any contact data - but haven’t received a response. Without that, it’s hard for us to investigate further or offer any meaningful support.

Sonja was so nice when I approached the customer service about another open contract I was in with a competitor. She directed me to a Danish law which stated that my contract with the other company is basically illegal. She helped me get out of that contract by directing me and the competitor to an official press announcement. Super service! I hope that everything goes smooth now that I’m a customer here.
