Superb service: quick and efficient ✅ 🌟
I’m honestly not sure where to start because the service experience I get from Pharmacy2U is boringly efficient 🤣
I never have any issues with service. It’s so smooth, seamless and 100% reliable.
On any occasion I have to go into a bricks-and-mortar pharmacy for something, I always have the same thought running through my head: “Thank God I have my prescriptions through Pharmacy2U!!”
I would NEVER want to go back to: slow service, someone repeatedly asking me “when was it sent it over? Are you sure?”, waiting ages while someone sorted out some kind of confusion because, even though you KNOW the prescription has been sent, the staff “can’t find it on the system” (🤦♀️), sitting and waiting not knowing what’s going on and why something is taking SOOOO long, being asked “can you come back in half an hour because the pharmacist is at lunch?”, the pharmacy being closed at 12 on a Saturday when you thought it was open all day. Infuriating! Confusing! Utterly exasperating!
Well, you get NONE of that with Pharmacy2U.
I make my request through my GP’s app (or the NHS app or, if your GP settings allow, through the Pharmacy2U app) I get a notification when the GP has approved the request, a notification when it’s been sent out, then it arrives. Exactly when I was expecting it.
I can even divert the delivery for collection at my local post office if I choose to using the Royal Mail app.
This is how service should be. This is how I like my life to be: hassle free with everything just ticking along the way I want it to. This is what it’s like to be a Pharmacy2U customer 🙂
