I’m a repeat customer 😍

I buy the thick cotton polo shirts for my autistic daughter who has sensory preferences. She likes the thickness of the fabric. I like the way these polo shirts wash and dry so well (including tumble drying in the wet months).

Superb service: quick and efficient ✅ 🌟

I’m honestly not sure where to start because the service experience I get from Pharmacy2U is boringly efficient 🤣

I never have any issues with service. It’s so smooth, seamless and 100% reliable.

On any occasion I have to go into a bricks-and-mortar pharmacy for something, I always have the same thought running through my head: “Thank God I have my prescriptions through Pharmacy2U!!”

I would NEVER want to go back to: slow service, someone repeatedly asking me “when was it sent it over? Are you sure?”, waiting ages while someone sorted out some kind of confusion because, even though you KNOW the prescription has been sent, the staff “can’t find it on the system” (🤦‍♀️), sitting and waiting not knowing what’s going on and why something is taking SOOOO long, being asked “can you come back in half an hour because the pharmacist is at lunch?”, the pharmacy being closed at 12 on a Saturday when you thought it was open all day. Infuriating! Confusing! Utterly exasperating!

Well, you get NONE of that with Pharmacy2U.

I make my request through my GP’s app (or the NHS app or, if your GP settings allow, through the Pharmacy2U app) I get a notification when the GP has approved the request, a notification when it’s been sent out, then it arrives. Exactly when I was expecting it.

I can even divert the delivery for collection at my local post office if I choose to using the Royal Mail app.

This is how service should be. This is how I like my life to be: hassle free with everything just ticking along the way I want it to. This is what it’s like to be a Pharmacy2U customer 🙂

My daughter says ‘They’re fun’

Fuse Beads - My daughter says ‘They’re fun’. I bought these for my autistic daughter after she’d said she enjoyed doing them at school. She and her sister spent time making a few together (13 y/o). A good activity for a child who has limited social contact and prefers indoor things. They are simple to assemble and stick together well with a hot iron.

Compare your score on Equifax first…

I’m using this opportunity to warn other customers to compare the credit score shown on ClearScore to the true data held by Equifax from where ClearScore pulls its data on you (you can sign up for a limited trial period and cancel straight away) BEFORE you trust what you are told about your credit score on ClearScore. Why? Read on.

I was disappointed that ClearScore failed to properly maintain my personal data file. I mean it was YEARS out of date which made my credit rating look really poor.

After my file had still not been updated for over a year I signed up to a trial of Equifax just to compare my score. ClearScore: 521; Equifax: 921. So not just a little bit different.

ClearScore had out of date address history, there was no facility for me to update my address history (despite the help guidance saying customers could do this themselves) and my file did not show the two credit cards I’d had (for years). Had I not contacted customer services to rectify this there’s no telling how long my data would have been incorrect on ClearScore.

The major issue is that customers could be making important financial decisions based on incorrect data shown by ClearScore - if your score is lower, you won’t get such great offers for credit cards, loans, etc.

Once I contacted customer services the erroneous information was corrected within 48 hours which was great. I’m just left suspicious about the integrity of the data processes employed by ClearScore to keep customer information up to date and about any nefarious reasons ClearScore may have for making customers think their score is lower than it is in reality (who’s to say they don’t benefit from certain credit card deals being presented to customers over others). ClearScore claim that it uses the source data held by Equifax to generate customer files however it was clear this was NOT being done in my case as it had shown incorrect data for YEARS and it was only corrected when I raised it as an issue.

I’ve given ClearScore 2 stars to reflect what I think of the way they present customer data; if they hadn’t corrected my file so quickly it would be 1 star.

Super-quick delivery 😍

I’d bought a bag my daughter had seen and wanted but which was out of her pocket-money price range, while shopping in Bershka in Naples. I was really pleased to find there was an online store that I could purchase the bag from in the UK as a surprise for my daughter. Delivery was soooo quick - item arrived 2/3 days before it was due!

Great instructions! Fantastic quality!

I bought a Kingsized Amara ottoman bed. I’ve purchased furniture from Furniture 123 in the past and had good experiences so thought I would return again. I found the bed to be of great value and quality in comparison to other places. I was specifically looking for a bed on feet as I hate the thought of dust bunnies gathering around the edge of a bed so wanted to be able to sweep/vacuum underneath and this item was the only one I could find with feet at a reasonable price. The instructions to assemble it were clear and logical which makes a BIG difference. It’s great that you always get a small bag of spare parts too, just in case, but I didn’t need to use them. I have total confidence in this company; I would recommend them and would buy from here again in the future.

Meal deal overcharging 😡

Meal deals: Why is it that whenever I try and buy a meal deal from M&S I end up being royally ripped off?

I select things from the mains, snacks and drinks section intending on making the most of the deal but at the counter when paying I’m told: ‘oh no; THAT’S not in the meal deal’ or just over charged anyway.

I take a LOT of care to select what we all want to eat, saying to my children: ‘make sure you get a snack, drink and main so it’s better value’. I take a moment to pause and check what we have in the basket: 3 snacks? Yes. 3 drinks? Yes. 3 Mains? Yes. Simple. Oh no!

Twice now I have selected meal deals and been charged non-meal deal prices. On the second occasion (service station on M4) I needed food for three lunches plus I wanted an extra sandwich. 3 x £6 = £18 plus the price of a separate sandwich. Guess how much? £28!!!

And don’t get me started on trying to find just a PLAIN bottle of STILL water.

I’m fuming. It’s always when I’m hassled and short of time with my children fussing (one is special needs), there are silly dallying other customers hogging the chilled area like they’re the only person on a warehouse sized shop floor, a member of staff getting in the way because they want to replenish two bags of crisps that have been sold from the rack that could not possibly be replaced AFTER the lunchtime rush, then a queue to pay then you get slapped in the face with a higher bill at the till. I’m usually so stunned I just pay the bill and walk out.

Whoever is in charge of shelf planning and labelling would you PLEASE simplify the customer experience. I am seriously p’d off with M&S tricking me into spending more of my very limited funds on what is supposed to be a simple and value for money family lunch choice!!! 😡

I don’t want to feel I have to steel myself for an intense decision making process; I want to nip in for a quick, stress free lunch purchase without the threat of being asked to pay multiple pounds extra for the products I’ve carefully chosen as they were apparently in a meal deal!

From now on I am more likely to either only purchase a meal deal from M&S if I have a witness with me to double check my selections or, where there is a choice, just avoid going to an M&S for food altogether. Yes - I WILL vote with my feet and choose to shop elsewhere = less revenue and profits for M&S!

I’ve rated the experience 2 stars because the food range and quality is really good but the experience of purchasing the food has brought my opinion down that low.

Would buy again from Desenio - lovely images with all sorts of framing options - great to have multiple different prints by the same artist or series of prints as a collection. Something for every room or space. My order arrived really well packaged and was delivered with care with the delivery driver following my instructions to leave the item in my safe place. Will be back in the future for sure ✅😍⭐️

Consistently reliable

Consistently reliable. Feels as seamless a service as could be. Works well ordering via an NHS approved app with delivery managed by Pharmacy2U. Happy that I don’t have to traipse down to a physical surgery to request a repeat prescription and so, so happy not to have to wait in line at a physical pharmacy (where they can NEVER seem to find the prescription you requested days ago!!!??? 🤣)

Perfect, neat and modern corner vanity unit which completely transformed our downstairs cloakroom. The previous sink was dated and unsightly. The dark colour blended beautifully with the tile colours. Really impressed with the look and the reasonable cost 😊🌈❤️

I selected two candles for my mantlepiece from DecorativeQ. I’d shopped around a bit and was horrified by the ridiculous amount some places were expecting for plain candles. I liked the range of colours and reasonable charge for the two candles I purchased. They were well packaged and arrived when expected: no nonsense.

Surprising policy with faulty goods…

I received a faulty item and needed to return it before replacing. I contacted customer support via remote Apple messaging.

Saniya contacted me and apologised for me having received the faulty item. She then checked that the item was still in stock and asked me if I wanted a replacement sent out, without a delivery charge, the next day.

I was really pleased that she had used her initiative to check the stock and make arrangements for a replacement item.

Saniya was polite and helpful. I was going to send the faulty item back but she explained that rather than do that, customers are welcome to keep the faulty item, up-cycle it or donate it to charity! I was REALLY surprised by this policy but also really impressed.

By allowing the customer to take care of the faulty item it stops stock having to be sent back to a warehouse then out again to wherever faulty stock is sent. This saves money, energy and effort for the company which has to be a great business strategy. Also, it means the customer is spared a load of unnecessary admin as they don’t need to produce a returns label, package the item and take it somewhere to be sent back. A win-win!

Well done Saniya. Well done boohoo 😊

Excellent product. Excellent service.

I struggled to find a 2.5 tog duvet for my toddler twins but this product is perfect. It feels weirdly thin but it just does the job. Night times are a lot simpler now without having to monitor how hot my children are getting under a heavier tog duvet. Plus I was stunned at how quick the delivery was. Superb!
